“Excellent service,arrived the next day , beautifully packed in tissue and a box. As I had tried a similar pair of jeans in the shop previously knew they would be a perfect fit and half price in the sale. Will definitely use the email service again.thank you .”

“I was disappointed to find that, whilst I paid (on-line) approx. £64 for the shirt that I had delivered to me, there was a label attached to the shirt saying that the price had been reduced still further (to £55). If I had been able to visit the shop myself, I would have saved a further £9. It is unfortunate that any additional discounts are not passed on to your customers if they are buying over the internet.”

“I have clicked my rating as very good however if there was excellent, I would be ticking that box. The customer service is 2nd to none and no matter what amount you buy, are made to feel very important and special, the packaging is excellent and you feel like you are opening a present. Whilst I am able to buy the items locally, But i always prefer to buy from Cavells because of the variety of items they have in stock, the customer service, the quality of clothes and the timely manner in which I receive them, it's quicker and easier than going into town. I specially by the Rosamunde white lace vest's, every time a new colour comes out I buy one as they look great under my clothes.”
