“I ordered a Stryker SR-A10 at a good price. It was delivered fast! The only problem is when it arived it came in a 5ft Long box and 5.5x5.5 inch square box. I opened it up and all that was in it 4x4 inch and about 11 inch container with the Base antenna in it. The bigger box was filled with peanuts. But no rod that was needed to put in the base. I e-mailed customer support & Lance got back to me after my explnation & two more e-mails Lance told me he is going to send a replacement. Stand up company & that is the reason for my strong POSITIVE rating. I will be doing more business with them.”

“At first I would have gave it a one star. But after communicating with Lance from CB Radio Supply, the mix up was resolved! Very quick response with the issue. It looked like the box was miss treated by the delivery company, and parts were missing. CB supply took care of it and sent me the replacement parts.
So far both radios I had purchased from them has been great. Radios work as they should and response from everyone else is good.
