As a practitioner, I wanted to recommend their service to my Clients. Unfortunately, no customer service and nobody was replying to my emails. An automated reply came in German. I believe English also should be the language or both languages. I won't recommend their service as customer service is CRUCIAL. Thanks!

I ordered the magnesium selenium and zinc test kit unfortunately I couldn't get anything like enough blood, even from 2 fingers to fill the vial sufficiently.

Gut bio results were difficult to understand. Food allergy tests was completely strange. I am very sensitive to wheat, and lactose. Wheat showed no response, neither did milk. I am very ill if I have lactose. Very odd. Shrimps were high, and I have never eaten them. Cod was another and not eaten for years. Not imppressed at all. It's as if the allergy test results were for another person. A waste of a llot of money.

Couldn't activate test on the app Sent test off and they said they couldn't analyse it, could be that it wasn't dried properly, it was. Asked me if i wanted to redo test, just waiting to see if that will be free or if they expect me to pay again !! No phone number to contact them and speak to someone, the reply to the online query seems to be a bot. Poor service really.

It's taken over a month to get a result (and still waiting). By their own admission, samples degrade, so I doubt anything will be found

Good service but the increase in price means being able to use the service less often. A cheaper price would allow for more regular tests.

The testing seems good, but I requested a follow up contact to discuss my results. Unfortunately the link they provided would not accesss the calendar to book the follow up appointment. Also a link came in a foreign language qhich I could not understand.

Good service I would recommend speeding up the service as waiting 4 weeks or more to receive the results is a bit frustrating and off putting. The service is good but I’m reluctant to recommend it to others due to the length of waiting time. I hope you’ll take this into consideration

I've been asked for a review before results have even been sent. The process to get the kit was easy. Choose pay and it's delivered. The test itself was also easy enough. The time taken to get results is quite lengthy. It appears that the tests are sent to a distribution centre prior to then being sent to a lab and then tested. Still waiting for results.

One star review at the moment they received the blood test last week, not got my results back contacted them for an update still not heard from them. I sent an email two days ago, still not heard from them

Results came back very quick but weren’t helpful at all! A bit of a waste of money and time as it isn’t a proper ‘nut allergy’ test which they promote it to be.

I ordered a test from cerascreen which I have yet to do because I need to activate the test using cerascreen instructions. Due to password issues, I'm still waiting for a response from cerascreen so I can activate test.

App isn’t very good. Had an email to say they had received my sample but the app doesn’t say that and still says it is waiting for the sample.

Very disappointing . I did two tests with different companies on the same day posted together one company has already sent me my results and Cerascreen have apparently only just received and are processing........not sure if my blood sample will be viable

I am not happy customer ! Happened the same last year and this year AGAIN !!! I posted my mineral deficiency test on 17th of April 24 and it’s 3rd May and I have not got my results !!! All they say is that there are delays but they told me this even last year ! They really need to change something ! I won’t be buying tests from them anymore and I have purchased tests since 2021 ! I had enough !

Please note that the evaluation of the mineral test takes up to 5 working days. These are due to the public holiday in Germany not yet around, we ask for your understanding.

A little disappointed to tell the truth, I had a dust mite test costing £48 and a complete food test £140 of 64 foods and a 10 minute consultation and still not near to finding out what my allergy is . Still suffering 😔

I almost gave you 5 stars. The good points : You sent the test kit in time. The test kit was easy with clear instruction And the app easy to use The update about the progress after I sent back the test is very helpful ( especially that I am in the uk in in take longer until it arrive to your lab ) Why not 5* ? 1 on your website ( or app) it was written that customer are entitle to have one call to get advice about the results . I tried and asked for advice but did not receive any call or communication from you ( except the result of the test on the app) It take a long time until my "sample " is arriving back to your lab and until I can see the result . ( although I specially drove to deliver it to the Royal Mail Center on Monday at 8 am... I ordered the test twice . I realise that this iodine test ( from urine ) is testing the level of iodine in urine which can change every day according to amount of iodine I ate during the day or few days before the test . So it is not the same as iodine in blood or during the last month. However if you can give me discount I may consider to order it several times to view the level of iodine each time. Do you have any deal or open to have a deal with a healthcare company in the uk who provide health style advice and can recommend or offer your test to their customers . Best regards Tuvi

The colleagues will call you at the appointment. As for your suggestion about offering discounts for multiple tests to monitor iodine levels, we appreciate your interest. Unfortunately, this is not possible until now. Regarding partnerships with healthcare companies in the UK, we are always open to collaborations that can benefit our customers, but none currently exist.
