“Good Afternoon, I just wanted to take a quick minute to sincerely thank you for the quick replies to my emails to you regarding my son's baseball bat. In addition, thank you so much for including the added stickers, etc. inside the box as it made it extra special for him since it was his birthday present. He is thrilled with the bat. However, I'm overly thrilled with your customer service and knowing that I'm actually speaking with a real live person instead of a chatbot etc. Once again, you have gone above and beyond with my expectations with customer service and this is what separates a typical baseball bat company from a very reliable, customer service oriented company. I will continue to use Chandler bats for my future orders as I also have a younger son who plays baseball, as well. Thank you for your attentiveness to my questions and replying to me in an extremely fast timeframe. Thank you!”

Greetings again Tsunghua. Our tolerance on weight is 1/2 an ounce as a bat will fluctuate being a natural wood product in varying conditions. Both of your custom bats were in line with that per your cropped pictures on your kitchen scale. Furthermore, it is likely that the calibration of your scale is what is creating the difference of the tenth of an ounce on one of your bats that you are concerned about.
