“I love my CH’s salt, love the gelatine, love the coconut sugar, indeed the whole range. Such a fantastic asset/resource for those who care about their health. But you know what I love best; CH’s coached/supported Fat Loss Protocol. My relationship with Changing Habits began when I started to attend Cindy’s Information Seminars in Toowoomba. I never missed one and that was the seed that sprouted into huge dietary/lifestyle changes for us. I am so very grateful and blessed that one morning a friend asked me to attend a seminar with her that night……I am so fortunate.”

“I was on Online looking for an alternative source for Sacha Inchi powder as the shop I was buying from had stopped selling it. As I was curious about trying Sacha inchi oil as a source of omega3, I decided to order from Changing Habits as they had both.
