“Completed Changing Habits quite a few years ago, however life situations got in the way. Recently I ordered the replenishment package with prompt delivery to WA. I then ordered the updated version of FLP book version 5 as well. I started phase 2 day 1 on 01/11/2023 and lost 2 kgs already( today is 04/11/2023. Totally POP. Focused with my motto” is this food nourishing my cells?” Any queries I’ve had re program have been answered promptly by email or the FB support page.”

“I purchased the Healthy Keto Way and so far have been enjoying challenging myself to stick to the food list. My weight has been slowly dropping each day and on the whole I feel great and sleeping well. My biggest disappointment is the lack of a presence on social media (Facebook). I joined the group and was hoping there would be more interaction from the coaches. If I or someone, posts a question, it can take a day or more before we see an answer. I understand no one would expect an answer on weekends. But in general, a more active presence would make us not feel so alone. Even some tips, or questions like how are we going, what's on your plate etc would be helpful. Many thanks.”

“I have taken the vitamins from Changing Habits for years, absolutely wonderful. Don't taste the greatest but haven't found anything that is better....I'm 51 yrs old and have been taking vitamins all my life. I've also done the Fat Loss Protocol a few times and it works very well, I can't seem to stay focused during the 4th phase so I started the Changing Habits Keto Diet and am losing weight slowly but am hoping to keep it off forever...thankyou Cindy you have taught me soooo very much. I will be forever grateful”

Hi Marianne, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. All of our Fat Loss Protocol Packs contain two tubs of Health Essentials Powder. Each tub contains 30 servings, and during phases 2 and 3 of the Fat Loss Protocol, you'll take this product twice daily. Two tubs guarantee an ample supply without running out. We've changed our ethanol (alcohol) supplier, which has resulted in a slight change in the taste of the Support Drops. The amount of ethanol used remains unchanged. It's important to note that ethanol serves as a preservative and is not an active ingredient in the bottle, so the drops maintain the same formula and effectiveness as before.
