“Changing habits has literally changed my life. I did the kick start in January 23, then followed on with the protocol. I have lost 15kg, and have never felt so good. Nothing was a problem with the coaches, loved listening to the videos and have learnt so much, to make this new way of eating my every day eating!”

“I have been a long time user of Changing Habits products, I feel I can trust the company to provide products that are of a high standard. My only continuing issue is with the new packaging of the Probiotics. I feel it is over packaged and it is quite lumpy and needs to be broken up before it is used each time we have received it.”

“All I can say is wow. I WISH I had picked up Cydni's book 'From Lab to Table' years ago because the book (which led me to the Changing Habits website) has changed my family's lives. We've tried almost every product available including skincare and they are all a kitchen staple in our house.
