I purchased the Healthy Keto Way and so far have been enjoying challenging myself to stick to the food list. My weight has been slowly dropping each day and on the whole I feel great and sleeping well. My biggest disappointment is the lack of a presence on social media (Facebook). I joined the group and was hoping there would be more interaction from the coaches. If I or someone, posts a question, it can take a day or more before we see an answer. I understand no one would expect an answer on weekends. But in general, a more active presence would make us not feel so alone. Even some tips, or questions like how are we going, what's on your plate etc would be helpful. Many thanks.

I was disappointed as I received two of the one product which I will never get through. I would also like to comment on the drops - they taste like water so I feel a little ripped off,

Hi Marianne, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. ​ All of our Fat Loss Protocol Packs contain two tubs of Health Essentials Powder. Each tub contains 30 servings, and during phases 2 and 3 of the Fat Loss Protocol, you'll take this product twice daily. Two tubs guarantee an ample supply without running out. We've changed our ethanol (alcohol) supplier, which has resulted in a slight change in the taste of the Support Drops. The amount of ethanol used remains unchanged. It's important to note that ethanol serves as a preservative and is not an active ingredient in the bottle, so the drops maintain the same formula and effectiveness as before. ​ We hope this has addressed your concerns. Sorry, I have found that my most recent purchase has not worked as I had anticipated. I have the changing habits book from previously but cant access any online facebook support to ask questions and no options to just pay for the facebook access. Its been a bit of a waste of money. I have been doing everything it says to do but very slow going to the point that I have given up. I am middle menopause so not sure if that is why but no one to ask for any advice or encouragement.

Hi Lisa, Our Fat Loss Protocol is initially sold as a pack with all the instructions and lifetime access to our Facebook support group, and you can also email coaches for support. We do not sell the books separately, and we do not recommend purchasing the support drops on their own if you haven't previously purchased a pack. If you have purchased an FLP complete or starter pk in the past, please reach out to our support team, and we can certainly assist you with the Facebook group and coaches. We understand your frustration and are working tirelessly to get these products back in stock. We are experiencing more significant delays with our greens, which go into several of our real food supplements, including the Protocol Health Essentials. Unfortunately, the batch due last month did not meet our quality standards, and as we remain the company, you can trust and will not compromise on quality. We do not have a definite date; however, we hope we will have the stock sometime in late August. We suggest adding your email to the waitlist if you haven't already. The moment they are back in stock, we will email you.

CH Products are very good, although the range has been reduced over the years. I have always had trouble with placing orders over the internet, however have always been extremely happy with the ladies who resolve my difficulties over the phone. I didn't renew my membership this year as I am not needing as many of the products now.

I’m trying to purchase the essentials And your out of stock. I desperately need them as I am 16 days in and run out. I’m losing motivation as without these I’m not really doing protocol properly. I thought I had enough but taking morning and night have finished what I had thinking I could get some more. 😢 I’m on waiting list but haven’t heard anything.

Our apologies we have been experiencing delays receiving our supreme green powder which is a prime ingredient in the Health Essentials and Peak Performance. We are expecting the green powder to arrive to us by the end of this month. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. As long as you are taking the drops you will still get great results while on the Protocol.

I purchased The Healthy Keto Way program in the 23 January & it’s now the 10th February & the pack has not arrived in the mail. Over 3 weeks for postage within Australia? I think you should review your postage options, and don’t blame COVID. I can receive items from overseas in less than 2 weeks.

I was disappointed that the chocolate chips I ordered arrived melted into a solid block! Still useable but not as chocolate chips as I had hoped.
