“According to Charlotte at chaos cards the cellophane that keeps Pokemon sealed for us collector’s isn’t meant to remain intact (her poor excuse for the damaged product) Terrible customer service and after buying a ripped booster box Charlotte offered my daughter a £6 compensation. The place is a joke and doesn’t care about their customers. It used to be ok but now they send out damaged products. I am a gold member and I haven’t been treated like it. Training is needed and I’ll be shopping with magic madhouse from now on because my daughter buys to keep sealed so I wouldn’t buy from them again knowing the attitude towards collecting. Not trustworthy.”
“Bought a number of different pokemon products from chaos cards. The hit rate in their items are abysmal. I also notice they sell individual pokemon cards. Bought a etb chilling reign. Got 1 V card. And about 2 holos. This is not normal. I'm very suspicious as some packs just fell apart when opening as if resealed. Please beware!!!”
“I bought a VOW gift bundle, when I received it I found all packs were opened and resealed poorly using glue. Then I contacted them and their attitude is like selling a resealed box without any apologies and trying to cover it up with quality issues, really disappointed.”

Today is the 9th working day and I’ve received nothing. Was told days ago I would get a refund for this sad excuse of a service and nothing’s been paid and are now ignoring my emails.
Avoid this company at all costs, I am going to launch an investigation with trading standards.”
