“Such an easy online ordering system, didn't take long to get here at all and the delivery driver was wonderful. Highly recommend this company. The rug was exactly the same as in the pictures.”

“I purchased a rug for my hallway however before purchasing I enquired about the return policy in case the rug did not suit my house. I was told by Alex that there was a courier fee of $17 to return the rug which I agreed to. However once I returned it, I was charged $50! Alex neglected to tell me they charge 15% of the purchase price in addition to courier fee. I've never come across a modern day e-commerce business that charged a % of the item to return it, not to mention lying to the customer when they ask. I'll be leaving a google review as well so no one else gets robbed the way I did.”

“Prompt delivery. Rug arrived well packaged, in good time and delivered to the door. The rug itself is really nice, soft, plush and has already flattened out quite well. I would gladly recomment this company for your next rug purchase. There is a wonderful range, covering colour, size and dimensions. Thank you.”

“Am very happy with the feeback received from Cheap Rugs Australia and with my rug. Unfortunately had a very bad experience with the courier chosen to deliver my purchase. This is not the fault of Cheap Rugs Australia. Next time will have to send to a PO Box.”

“The rug looks exactly as it was depicted on the product page. I will have to add some slip resistance underneath but that was to be expected. It is a lovely hall runner with a pop of colour that will brighten an otherwise ordinary length of hall Delivery was extremely prompt. Thank you.”
