“Oh did I also mention that their policy where it mentions "The basic economy fares typically cannot be changed or canceled after the 24-hour grace period" is fake. Lol. It just gets better. Don't waste your money with them”

“Call center agents are rude and and very inefficient . When I am not satisfied the way they handled my booking, they one agent told me” what do you want me to do?” So rude. The fact that one of them caused me the trouble of cancelling my card due to incorrect information being charged. Agents are not friendly. I will not book a flight with this company in the future.”

“Not very user friendly after booking…I needed to change my flight and the rep helping me was condescending and when I told him I needed to leave by a certain day - asked if I could leave on a flight the next day. Was a little rude while assisting me and when I asked a question responded in a condescending tone. Won’t book through cheap flights again.”

A DOUBLE AMOUNT OF MY TKTS , as my Chase bank adviseme Immediately I contact you ask for a immediately return of one - both for 632 $ are DUPLICATE, they let s me know was a error and will be return to my Credit card. , but UNTIL NOW More of 24 hours later you didn t. I can not understand why you raked your money immediately but not return immediately too. Your employs let s me know you will return a not correctly take amount, but nothing coming yet. .
