“I found a great price. Then there was an issue, but they called me, offered solutions, fixed some details and made the process very smooth. I felt like they cared and got very specific seat assignments, upgrades and was never pushed. It was informative and a great experience.”

“I booked my flight for one price, they called me to tell me that the flight is booked was not available and asked if I would switch my flight days. I said no and they were able to book the flight for me, but it was $150 more expensive because apparently I had booked a standby flight before. He was able to find a voucher to bring the cost down $30. Then when I said that wouldn't work, he got it down to $60 more than what I originally booked for. Still seems sketchy to me, but I got the email from american airlines with my tickets, so I guess it is fine. Definitely won't use them again. Update: They called me regarding my 2-star review and offered to resolve my concerns by getting me a discount for a checked bag and a $35 voucher for a future flight through their company. They then asked me to change my review and when I said that I would consider it, they became pushy and stated that communications with the airline about my flight would be impacted by my review. When I expressed concern that it seemed my ability to keep my flight was being threatened if i didnt change my review, they gave the example that the airline could change my flight details and they wouldn't have a way of know because of my review. I never asked for the price to be further lowered, I never asked for any other sort of compensation, just stated that I would think about changing my review before I did so.”

“There was trouble finalizing the international ticket we booked with British Airways and the Cheap Flight Fares went above and beyond to help us get it resolved. Special shout out to Zac who provided excellent customer service - he was patient, provided multiple options, stayed in communication throughout the process and was friendly and personable. The entire CFF team provided excellent customer service, always kind, polite and helpful, I will use their service again. Thank you Zac!”

“I paid $244 extra for the flights that I booked because Cheap Flights could not honor the original purchase. After I complained, they call and offered me $100 refund. I had to call 3 times and spend about an hour on the phone to confirm my flights. The information was also incorrect. It said I had to pay for checked bags when 2 checked bags were included in my premium seats.”

“My dad booked my flight for me and when I got the confirmation everything looked just as my dad told me to expect. He said he paid for seat selection so I went to the airline’s website to choose the seats, the fact that my dad paid already was not reflected. They wanted to charge for it again since it wasn’t noted on my reservation. And then I noticed that the flight time on the confirmation is not the same as what shows with the airline. My flight is actually 6 hours earlier than the one booked! And now my dad says he paid for checked luggage too but that isn’t showing either. You guys couldn’t have screwed up more!”

“This is the first time I’ve ever book with you guys and it will be the last time I ever do. This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Your employees were extremely rude on the phone. Do your research before you deal with this place however, I advise people to not book with this company at all. Their policies are a lie. They do not honor anything it says.”

“At first I was scared because several hours went by without me receiving my e-tickets, but the next day I received them and everything was fine. They really have cheap flights and for me it's a good agency. You just have to be patient because they take a while to complete the purchase process. My flight has not been completed, but I hope everything will be fine by the time I travel.”

“Reservation process, in general, was what it should be. Accessing your site was easy. the only problem is you don't show all pieces of information that the customer needs to make the decision conveniently. For example, I reserved ticket for me and my wife without being able to get acess to the advance seat selection details and rates because it was hidden purposely at the end of related page and customer needed to scroll down to discover it! Later after calling your customer service, I was told that I need to pay $190 per paggenger to do the seat selection! If i knew about this high cost of seat selection, I may have decided to do something different. This, to me, is not a good behaviour. I needed to have seat selection policy the same way that other information like cancellation policy and rates are displayed. I believe your purpose was to involve the customer step by step. I received a call from your company and a nice guy helped me and assigned the seats for me. I am very impressed and improved my review to a 5 star one.”
