“You get what you pay for. A cheap flight tends to be Spirit so buckle up to begin with. I wonder if price would have been the same if I went straight to Spirit? I bought a ticket for my aunt, but the ticket was issued using my birthday instead of hers. Eventually the DOB got fixed, but when I got to the Spirit kiosk to get ticket the machine was not able to find it, the six digit given to me by Cheapflights had an "I" in it which I took for a "#1", so I couldnt find the ticket nor could the agent that worked for Spirit, not even using her first and last name. If the airline has trouble interpreting the six digits, cheapflights needs to start using a more obvious font and include instructions to try out both an i or a 1 for the ticket code? When I called them their representative with pretty rude and annoyed that I didnt figure out it was a 1 and not an I.”

“I book a flight. I checked on it and was told they were were waiting for my CC to clear ? I checked later and was told I did not get the flight because the price almost doubled. I then booked a flight with another airline, which went through right away. 6 or 7 hours later I get an email notifying me that my original flight was booked. Then I had to call cheap flight and tell a person I could not understand what happened. After 30 minutes she finally canceled and said I would get a refund ….. very poor customer service!!! I will never waste my time again with cheap flights. The name cheap was a red flag .”

“I booked an international flight from MCO to SGN. A day before my departure, I realized that my layover from a domestic flight to an international flight was less than 70 minutes. The customer service team was very kind in helping me rebooked another flight successfully.”

“I booked a fly and paid, I tried to print the tickets and I couldn't, I called and they told me that there weren't tickets available and now the tickets cost more....my mom is in the hospital and I no need more stress....I have to pay more for same fly even when I already booked......”
