“I tried to get a flight from a different company and they would not give me the price for the flight that was showing on their website they called me and said they couldn’t give me that flight because of where the flight was going and the dates so I canceled it and came back to you. “I was told after I reserved flights at one price that the price had changed and I would have to pay about $200 more. However, the website showed the cheaper fare was available. After quite a few calls and my insistence that I be refunded, I will be. It was a frustrating experience since it took a lot of time to get resolved. I wasn’t very happy. The one positive thing was that I was always able to get through to Cheap Flights quickly. I did appreciate that.”

“When I booked the flight it said I had 24 hours if I had to cancel, for free (all money refund). This has never happened to be before but 2 hours after, I had to cancel and they charged me $50 per ticket for canceling. Be honest to people DON’T LIE!!”
