“I got a little nervous thinking I was being scammed. I had read some mixed reviews and was even more worried, but I got my tickets just as advertised. Customer service folks were nice and got me what I needed.”

“Charged me an additional 1500 to put me one a new flight when mine left early. Then put me on “the next one out by 1 hour, but didn’t bother to tell me it was already delayed 4 hours and I would get re-routed with a 9 hour layover. My entire weekend was ruined due to trying to travel!”

“Honestly advertise as usd and not just on the email with the receipt of purchase. Costed me more actually then going directly to the airline site. Works out to 40$ more but still thought it was a deal but turns out not. Thx”

“The flight was cheap but I didn’t realize during my booking that I wasn’t allowed a carry on because it was a basic economy ticket. I also paid for my seats but when I checked in I was told I did not have prepaid seats. I showed them my receipt but it didn’t cross over to United’s system. I had to repurchase my seat and am currently waiting on a refund from Cheap flights. Next time I’ll book directly with the airlines.”

“This will be my very first flight so I don't have much to compare my experience too, but as a first timer I am greatly pleased with my experience. Finding the right flight was so easy and when I needed to reschedule a rep was easy to get ahold of and fixed my problem with out any question.”
