“After seven hours of purchasing a flight for my dad and myself we had to cancel since my dad with 88 years old had tested positive. Obviously we needed to cancel they did not want it to help us, After 18 minutes of argument I was giving them some options instead of them giving me options I requested for a Boucher and they agreed as long as I paid $125 for that service I have nothing else to say very bad experience”

“We booked our flight online, including paying $72.00 for our seat assignments. There were plenty of other seats available on the flight. A $10.00 fee was charged to our credit card, we don’t know why. Then when we booked the final reservation including car rental, the card was declined by the bank. We called them and they wanted to put us on different flights to “save money” when we had already chosen our flights. One flight would have us landing at 10:00 at night. The woman wanted to charge another $72.00 for seat assignments because she said that the seats we booked were already taken in the few short minutes our card was declined. We told them to cancel everything, and they miraculously were able to keep us on the flights we wanted. And we got the seats we had booked. Update: I changed my rating from 1 star to 2. The credit card was declined by the bank so we called them. The woman on the phone tried to put us on later flights to “save money”. She said we could use the trip insurance we’d paid to pay extra for the seats we wanted, seats we’d already paid for when the card was declined. We said to cancel the whole transaction and that’s when everything we wanted was charged to our credit card. In the end we got what we originally wanted and did not pay extra for anything and we still had our trip insurance, but I would not recommend them because of their pressure tactics to take different flights and use our trip insurance for seat upgrades.”

“This company charged my cc and refused to give me mh money back… It’s an India based company and nothing but a bunch of f ing thieves!! I’m sick and tired of these ppl scamming ppl out of money!!! My money!!! I will NEVER refer or use this company EVER again!!! EVER!!”

“thus far, i am very disappointed! Airline fares started and 360.00 and ended up around 800.00 by the time all was said and done. then there have been rental car issues, which i thought were reserved, bought, and paid for!! not the case.. now have to go to an off site location for the car.. hoping there is a shuttle free of charge, or i might go ballistic!!!”

“The "cheap" fares are a complete lie. The added baggage fees are enormous, and $65 for a carry-on is insane. Furthermore, I changed my return flight and was overcharged from what was quoted. Now I'm fighting with customer service for a credit, which they are not responding to. It was the first, and last time I'm ever using this airline.”
