“Made a mistake booking my flight, called back 2 minutes later and I was charged $200 more than hat I could see the same flight going for online Last time I book with these crooks.... Update: I want to Thank Lauren at Cheapflights. She responded to my review the same day and refunded the appropriate funds and explained everything that had happened. Very professional, I will definitely book with Cheapflights again after this excellent service and them owning the mistake.”

“all was done and purchased correctly, the only thing should have like low prices when it comes to purchase a sit etc. In LA I can't belive I pay 40 dollars for my luggage and in additon they charged me 100 dollars more at least charge little low too much is unfair when after COVID barely earning money to travel etc.”
