“I booked a flight with Frontier and the flight was cancelled 5 times.. Mind you I'm at ATL Airport I caught the train 5 times walked and walked so much and on top of that had to spend the night in the airport..One of the worst experiences ever.”

“My flight was cancelled, no texts or emails saying this. I drove all the way to the airport, paid long term parking, just to find my flight cancelled. I had to call cheapflightsfares yo ask about my rescheduled flight, which I was supposed to receive an email stating yhe flight time, etc. Nothing. No information about my flight was sent!!!!! I will never deal with Cheapflights again!!!!! I guess they are cheap, they take your money and disappear!!!!!”

“This was my first experience using Cheap Flight Fares. I chose to do this rather than booking directly with the airline. The pricing was the same. However, I opted for an add-on "Refundable Booking" which "claims" to provide a full refund for cancelling your flights, which is not available through the airline. Their refund would be in credits. When I tried to verify my reservations on the airline site, they were not available. Finally, through several attempts, the airline agreed to change the name of the purchaser which then allowed me to set up my account and see my reservations. So my concerns were satisfied.”
