“Just was not impressed. It automatically booked a flight on wrong day because price I wanted wasn’t available on day I wanted. Plus it improved in US dollars. Just not impressed at all. Sorry good side was they cancelled and recreated my credit card. But I did call within minutes. Also hard to verify details.”

“Terrible experience so far. I bought 3 seats, 2 adults and 1 for a child under 18 months. I wanted to pay for the extra seat for extra room. They then claimed i didn’t pay for it, but they would add it “for free”. There customer service person was terrible and real slimmy to deal with.”

“At the end of the day I received my tickets l, but due to everything that happened in between purchasing and receiving my ticket, I lost trust and thought I was being scammed. To cancel a ticket purchased within 24 hrs you need to to call (can’t do it online) and getting a hold of someone is really hard. Once you get a hold of an executive, they try to convince you not tu cancel your ticket by saying you will receive it in 15 minutes or so. Then that doesn’t happen and I have to call again and the lack of reliability and professionalism makes me not want to trust. Wouldn’t use this platform again.”

“I had a discussion with one person yesterday, who did not understand anything that I was saying or trying to communicate to him. He continue to cut me off and revert back to something that I was not talking about when I asked him for his name. I was given a fake name he would not give me another person to speak to you or another number to talk to. It was very frustrating and I hope you record your calls to show a quality service.”

“I was on hold and on the phone for an approximate total of 2 1/2 hours to add a carry on bag and to change a flight from pm to am (I missed it because most sites are in 24hr time). I agreed on the extra charges for the am flight only to find out the quoted price was American. I am not a complainer but this flight has cost me $1000 more than if I would have booked through Air Canada and this was by far the worst experience ever and I will only be booking directly through the air lines from now on.”

“This is such a bad service. You show total fee and I buy the tickets then you show totally another amount. I called, and he said that I will only be charged $296.00 and I could have my seat and can have one carry-on. He assured me there should not be any more charge. Today, I called to find out why Frontier has also charged me, and there was no answer. He put me on hold and disconnected me. This happened twice.”

“Worst booking experience I have ever had in my entire life I thought for sure it was a SCAM. Lets start with the fact I originally booked a flight for $302 CAD was then told ot was pending and then eventually canceled with the excuse being the airline changed the fligh and or "it was booked in USD (Which it wasn't) I then agreed to the new price because it was clearly going nowhere and I could only understand about 25% of what the person was saying. An hour later I check my invoice and they OVERCHARGED me the price I could book directly from the airline so I called back to cancel my flight (3 hours after original booking) they refused and told me they would charge me nearly $80 to cancel. They eventually gave me a $25 credit which I will NEVER use. So an hour later I check my online banking and they have now charged me $38 more than the airline. I called again they refused to do anything about it so threatened to call visa fraud department before they would even offer to match the original airline price. And I now have $20 inmlong distance charges dealing with this nightmare. This was the most unprofessional booking company I have ever dealt with! Until I recieved my boarding pass I was still certain it was a scam.”

“They sent my the wrong email to the flight company and the rental car company. They did it on purpose because they sent 2 different emails. That way I would never get a confirmation from the companies themselves and I would have to deal with cheap flights fares directly, which charges extra money when you are trying to confirm your flights before boarding.”

“I booked a Porter Airlines flight through CheapFlightFares for $523 but wasn’t charged immediately. When I called, the rep claimed I had to pay an extra $190 to “guarantee” my seat, supposedly per Porter Airlines’ policy. I reluctantly paid, bringing my total to $700+. After calling Porter Airlines directly, I learned this was a complete lie—the basic fare I initially booked already guaranteed my seat. I called CheapFlightFares back to cancel, but they refused, despite their 24-hour free cancellation policy. After a long struggle, they finally refunded me. This company tried to scam me out of $190. Stay far away!”

“Terrible customer service and terrible company rules. I booked 3 flights over $700 at 10pm, woke up at 9am and noticed I put one of the travelers name as their newly married name. Not realizing it wasn’t legally changed yet. I immediately reached out to your people for help and was just told it was a $99 fee. To solely change or make a quick edit. On a ticket that was bought only 10 hours before, the money in my bank was even still processing. It wasn’t the airline not helping me it was your company that got the extra money. They talked to someone who said $50. And then offered to pick my seats for me. Which proves to me you can clearly make an edit on the charge and was just taking advantage of my honest mistake. I sent a picture of the gov ID when asked. Nothing could be done to help me edit Murphy to Casey. Not hard to do on a ticket just purchased and a month away. Very disappointed. The $50 was just added right into my original payment! Got a little bonus off me.”

“Will never again use this "service." They will not honor the full refund within 24 hours like the fine print says. Not a reputable company. Update: after THEY prompted me for a review and it didn’t go the way they wanted they emailed and called several times asking me to revise my review. Fact: when asked for a refund within an hour of “booking” they refused. Their confirmation email said full refund within 24 hours. If you submit a review at THEIR request and they don’t like it, you will then get bombarded with calls. So here’s my REVISED review.”

“I had a very frustrating experience with CheapFlightsFair. When they called me, I missed the call, and when I called back, the representatives were extremely rude. Both sides had accents, making it difficult to understand each other. With all respect, I asked them to speak slowly and repeat what I couldn’t understand, but instead of being patient, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I would never want to deal with this again. However, I did receive a call from one representative later on who was very nice and understanding about the accent situation. It was a relief to finally speak with someone patient, but unfortunately, my overall experience was not positive.”

“Worst experience ever. They cancelled my flight 2 days before the day I was supposed to fly. Had issues with the same flight twice, the first cancelled and I reached out and “some how” they were able to give me a new confirmation number. That same day in the evening they canceled my flight again and when I called they said it was the airline fault, but so funny how before that they were just contracting themselves over and over. Was my first time trying this website but will also be the last. I ended up asking for a refund I just hope they don’t play with my money as well. Don’t lose your time trying to book with them.”
