“I found the same fare directly on Spirit’s website. If I hadn’t already purchased through Cheap Flight Fares, I would have purchased directly from Spirit. Checked bags were actually cheaper when directly purchased from Spirit, so in the end, I paid more! I probably wouldn’t bother looking at your site again. It was also cumbersome to wait for payment to be processed and my e-ticket to be issued. That process is faster and smoother when purchasing directly from the airline.”

“I am grateful to God for a safe flight. Great pilots at Southern who also had great customer service. The booking was somewhat based on lies. I was not looking to go for a charter plane and there was no disclosure about it. There was no disclosure about the high sickening noise levels and no toilets, and the fact that the take off was not in DFW main airport per the online information. If I had know all that information I would have opted to go with a regular plane and pay more. I ended up with motion sickness but thank God it is resolved. The flight back had accurate information. Please consider the feedback and ki day let passengers know that info ahead of time. Some may like it the fact that security checks are waived, others would rather pay more and use regular planes. Thank you!”

“Did not get the fare orginally advertised thru Kayak. Wound up paying $150 more than when I originally booked the flight and had been confirmed. Call back 2 days later stating that the advertised fare was not available. Same flight is available at prices close to the original confirmation with other booking agents, so I feel Cheap Flights is sliding in some kind of agent fee. Would not book with Cheap Flights again. Would recommend others not to use.”

“Most bizarre booking experience ever: in addition to the booked itinerary, a "dummy" return flight showed up on the airline's management site, a flight I had never queried. The Chapflightsfares person on the phone (they did answer) said the airline required this and that it would just disappear after we used the first segment. The airline said they could not see this segment and so could not remove it. This seems fraudulent, though if we didn´t pay for the extra segment, it's no harm to us. However, the biz flight shows up as an upgraded fare, thus not real biz perks (2 x bags). Fishy, to say the least.”

“Have had issues on getting my actual tickets. Unfortunately this is one of the flaws when dealing with a 3rd party. Flaws being that when you purchase from the actual company (aliegent) you get your tickets as soon as the transaction is complete, but through a 3rd party, I have to wait for my tickets until closer to my departure time. I still haven’t recieve my actual tickets.”

“I booked the correct flight but immediately realized it was scheduled for a day earlier than I needed. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I could change my booking for an additional fee. I chose Cheap Flights because of their reasonable fare. However, they told me that I could not cancel or receive a refund. I learned my lesson: never again.”

“Very disappointed to be told my fare was put on hold and would be $350 more than when I booked it. If this was due then the airline as I was told-don’t give me a price unless you are positive. I would have selected an alternative if this had been disclosed at the time of booking.”

“The agents at CheapFlightsFares tried to shamefully renegotiate the price of my paid for flight. I bought and paid for a flight from Oslo to Denver for 713,29 USD. After I waited for 24-hours without receiving the e-ticket, I called customer service only to be told that the price is gone up to 1680 USD. It was then reduced to 980 USD. I refused to pay the difference and asked the agent to cancel th reservation, so I can buy a much cheaper ticket. It was only then she decided to issue me the e-ticket for the original price. It is a scam of a business practice and a horrible attempt to cheat unsuspecting customers. Its shameful!”

“I don't think the site was easy to navigate. Once I made a purchase, it was difficult to get the full refund even thought I was within the 24 hour cancellation period. Additionally, your policies made it difficult to get a refund for the insurance "because it is from a third party". Insurance doesn't exist until you truly use it, it shouldn't be difficult or cumbersome to refund. I don't think I will use this service again.”

“I booked a flight that I was happy with for my trip to St. Thomas. Within an hour, I received a call and was told that my return flight was no longer available. Not only did I have to change my flight plan that included a 5 hr layover, I also had to pay more. I did a appreciate that Cheapflightsfare did credit some of the extra cost.”
