“I bought an XL knowing that items have ran small in the past hoping it wouldn't be the case this time but nope the not this time either items are tight like the next size down would fit and one outfit says it's a red but it's more of a burnt reddish orange”
“Received notification that 1 of the 4 items was out of stock. It was a baby doll. I asked when would it be in stock. They didn't answer question. I said to send me the same thing but in a different color (black). They asked me if I wanted to swap out the sweater for the black baby doll. I said no I wanted them to send the baby doll that was out of stock with a black one. They replied back the sweater is out of stock. I replied back that if the original baby doll was in stock again send it, if not send me it in black. What I received was the original baby doll, the same baby doll in black and the other two items. No sweater. Took 2 months to get it. So now I paid more than I should have and received two of the same thing. When we tried on the Xlarge items they were more like a medium. Final response from Chic me through email and through their chat was "You received your merchandise and can't go back on it now". Paid a bunch of money to throw away everything.”
“Jewelry was not what I was expecting. Sunglasses were not like the description. Cheap looking. Fabric of dresses were very thin. And size smaller than I expected it to be. Not a happy customer after buying 5 items.”
