“Hi unfortunately i have not received my Chilly's Bottle as i was informed it has been lost by the courier, i am hoping to receive it next week. I would say that it took four days for the courier to get back to your team, which i was surprised about, so when i finally receive it i can send you a review.”

“How should I evaluate something I have never received. The goods were sent but never reached me. I have been trying to explain to you for weeks that an investigation has to be initiated by you at Deutsche Post. The link I have sent you or Ronan. But nothing happened. I am just disappointed and unhappy about having ordered from you. Wie soll ich etwas bewerten, was ich nie erhalten habe. Die Ware wurde zwar abgeschickt, hat mich aber nie erreicht. Ich versuche Ihnen seit Wochen zu erklären, dass von Ihnen bei der Deutschen Post eine Nachforschung eingeleitet werden muss. Den Link habe ich Ihnen bzw. Ronan zugeschickt. Aber nichts passiert. Ich bin nur noch enttäuscht und unglücklich darüber, dass ich bei Ihnen bestellt habe.”

“Product never arrived. why did Chilly's charge for EU shipping if it never left in the first place! Ridiculous. Emailed chillys for information and got a 'we'll get back to you' reply from one of the staff. Going to ask for a refund so I can actually buy a water bottle somewhere else.”

“The bottle leaked and scratched but as soon as I got in touch with Chilly's they sent a new top and told me how to remove the scratches. These bottles are brilliant, so useful in many ways. Well done Chilly's.”

“Bought a chilly bottle for my grandson as I knew he would be delighted with it. His granddad has one and he loves it. Unfortunately it arrived with a large dent on the side, The box was not damaged so made me assume that it was packed damaged. Although the bottle still works, I was so disappointed as I didn't think that it was the couriers fault.”

“Unfortunately, despite ordering 3 bottles as Christmas gifts on the 1st Dec they still have not arrived. I have emailed 2 days ago & been advised they are with your courier & you are awaiting a response from them. I'm very disappointed, especially as Christmas draws ever closer & hope this issue is resolved quickly in time for Christmas.”
