“My rating concerns the delivery - not acceptable! Besides taking too long to arrive, the tracking is not reliable and the service does not assure the delivery on time. Will not recomend to buy - too much unnecessary hassel and no help from customer service (they can't track it either!) Do you want to relly on "fingers crossed" delivery?...”

“The bottles are pretty, useful and they're wonderful at keeping your drinks cold or warm. My main issue was with the delivery. It was supposed to take 7 working days but it took well over two weeks (22 days) for them to arrive. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift but they did not arrive in time... I'm saddened by this and wish the company would have compensated me for their terrible delivery times, but the product is fine.”

“Very stylish, love the range of colours. It kept my drink at a nice hot temperature throughout the morning for my lunch. I would like to see an in between size. I bought a few for Christmas presents and everyone was very pleased with their gift.”

“Bought these as stocking fillers for all my family - but the biggest hit was with my two daughters who take a water bottle to school each day. Not only are they cool to look at, they're robust enough to withstand being chucked around in the school bag all day without leaking...the first bottles they've ever had that don't end up soaking their school books. I play drums in a band and now take a Chilly full of iced water to every gig, ensuring I have an ice cold drink by my side even after at the end of a two-hour set.”

“Bloody brilliant- keep fizzed water cold from the soda stream so no environmentally unsound plastic bottles in this house ever again - and, when I drop them they don't shatter!”

“I bought this for my husband who is diabetic (type 2), and needs to drink often because of it. He takes it in the car and has it on his bed side cabinet at night. Because it keeps liquid cold for 24 hours he always has a cold drink to quench his thirst. He says it is one of the best things I have ever bought him.”

“Bought two matte bottles. One small one for myself to carry on my handbag and a large one for my son who has to drink water due to a medical condition. Both are being well used and we are both delighted how well they work. Brilliant.”
