“It has been easy to order the product, arrived on time, I tried it and it is great in order to keep a hot or cold drink, I do recommend it.”

“I have a 500 ml and the smaller 360ml I use the small one for travaling and the larger for home use previeuse to having these I used plastic which after awhile tasted tainted ,my only concern is the o rings is it possible to purchase these anywhere ? .I use them for cold water and the water stays cold for longer then is advertised .best treat for a long time”

“I bought the Chilly bottle as I thought it looked ideal for work. I take in hot coffee and have it on the way home. In the summer I will use it for cold drinks. It's an ideal size, love the choice of colours (purple is lovely).”

“I am very happy with the chilly's bottles.very useful and my drink stays cold. Large I use it in the house and small one is for outside and very convenient to carry as it does not leak. I would recommend to my friends. Thank you. Hansa Thakore.”

“I need to drink plenty of water and Chilly's Bottle means that I can retain the pleasant cold taste as long as needed. Nothing tates worse than luke warm water.”

“The bottle was damaged when it arrived which was not apparent from the undamged packaging until unwrapped...clearly the packaging was not sufficient protection against damage! I opened a dispute via PayPal in an effort to contact Chilly's for a refund and a request to return the item...but as yet I have not received a reply or any effort from Chilly's to resolve. I am extremely disappointed!”

“Only acceptable because of the product which is great and saves plastic water bottles being reused /discarded. Their delivery system/courier is abominable- took several emails to chase (no phone number anywhere) and eventually turned up nearly 15 days later - the original order was passed onto the delivery company with 48hrs! Note to Chilly's - improve your Customer Services and Courier company ahead of the Xmas rush!”
