“I ordered the chilly bottle as a Christmas present it arrived quickly and well packaged, unfortunatly it was slightly damaged. I emailed and asked if I could return after Christmas as it was days away but they we so helpful and I got a replacement the next day amazingly! My son who is so hard to buy gifts for loved it! So, great product fantastic customer service.”

“I ordered a Chilly's Bottle on the spur of the moment as a Christmas Gift for a dear friend of mine. Reason being, she constantly walks around with an old plastic bottle full of water clutched in her mitts. She now has a bottle that will keep cold or hot whatever is within it... great. She is absolutely chuffed to bits and also it is in her favourite colour! Thanks very much :)”

“Red 750ml bottle. Fantastic design. I can confirm that cold drinks are kept cold for 24hours even if near a radiator. Fizzy water stays fizzy. Not yet tried hot drinks but I'm confident they'll stay hot. I use mine for work and I love it. Delivery was quick and it came in a lovely package to protect the bottle during postage. I'm very happy with mine and my mum was very happy with hers. So thank you!”

“I bought two of these bottles one as a gift and one for myself. I used mine but it had a strong metallic taint and I found the water undrinkable. I contacted the company who very swiftly and promptly replied to me saying. Try cleaning the inside with a solution of bicarbonate of soda. It worked ! So now I have a fantastic product and will be buying more in the future. So thank you Chilly Bottles. Your product is amazing.”

“Love Chillys bottles. They are unique. I bought 4 as Christmas presents and they now all love Chillys too. I intend to buy some of the smaller ones too to carry in a pocket or handbag. Brilliant!”

“I purchased a Chilly bottle a while back, and loved it. Decided to purchase one for my partner for a Christmas present - left it late, and website stated that I wouldn't receive it before Christmas. I was shocked/ pleased to find a Chilly bottle delivered safely the following day! My partner loves his Chilly bottle and has used it daily! Thank You!!”

“How should I evaluate something I have never received. The goods were sent but never reached me. I have been trying to explain to you for weeks that an investigation has to be initiated by you at Deutsche Post. The link I have sent you or Ronan. But nothing happened. I am just disappointed and unhappy about having ordered from you. Wie soll ich etwas bewerten, was ich nie erhalten habe. Die Ware wurde zwar abgeschickt, hat mich aber nie erreicht. Ich versuche Ihnen seit Wochen zu erklären, dass von Ihnen bei der Deutschen Post eine Nachforschung eingeleitet werden muss. Den Link habe ich Ihnen bzw. Ronan zugeschickt. Aber nichts passiert. Ich bin nur noch enttäuscht und unglücklich darüber, dass ich bei Ihnen bestellt habe.”

“CHILLY'S bottle was bought for grand daughters to take to their after school clubs. So we are very happy in the knowledge that the girls will have refreshing chilled water to keep them hydrated and lubricated during their exercise so their performance will be tip top.”
