“Bottle weel made and weel looking. Really keeps water cool for long period but 24h "ice cold" is quite exhagerated. Very good product by the way!”

“Ich habe noch nie eine bessere Flasche gehabt. Da bleibt kaltes wirklich den ganzen Tag kalt. Ich bin einfach begeistert. Habe schon 4 Flaschen in verschiedenen Größen und es werden bestimmt nicht die letzten sein.”

“The bottle keeps the water very cold, not something I expected. I also bought a bottle for my son, and he keeps on saying how much he likes the bottle (before he never wanted to take a water bottle with him to school) and now he drinks all the water on daily basis from his new cool chilly mate bottle.”

“Brilliant for hot weather walking ( as in Turkey midsummer) for keeping cold water at fridge temperature ALL DAY. Equally good for maintaining the temperature of hot drinks too.”

“2 weeks have now gone by since ordering my 3 Chilli bottles and they still have not arrived. I have advised the company who are looking into the issue with the courier. Slow response to the issue. Hope to get it sorted soon!!!”

“The positives: the bottle does exactly what it claims to do & keep drinks cool, as long as you make sure it is properly closed - I realised this after leaving the bottle in my car on a hot day and finding my cold water was actually warm, due to not having tightened the cap properly. (I haven't yet tried hot drinks in it, so can't comment on whether it keeps them hot) The not-so-positives: size-wise, I bought the 500ml bottle which is a lot taller and slimmer than it looked the pictures, and doesn't sit well in my car drinks holder. I also find the lid fiddly to use - it takes a lot of unscrewing, but this is probably how and why it keeps drinks at the right temperature regardless of outside temperature. All in all, a reasonable purchase, but not quite living up to the hype!”

Fast delivery, Immediate response to from their customer service department after I let them know both bottles were damaged Two new replacement bottles sent out straight away Fabulous bottles, do exactly what they are supposed to do One of my Best Buy's Highly recommend the company, the service and the product”

“Ordered 2 large bottles, they arrived on time, well packaged however, both bottles were scratched. I took photos and emailed them to Chilly's customer services. Their response was fast and the outcome, 2 replacement bottles sent out. I couldn't be happier with the company, the service and the bottles are really fabulous. They do exactly what they are supposed to and living in a hot climate, it's such a pleasure enjoying ice cold water all day. An added benefit, reduction in plastic bottles I haven't tried using them for hot drink, but I can say these bottles keep wine and beer very chilled... Worth every penny”
