“I loved the range of sizes and colours I eventually went for pink 500ml I also bought green 500ml for my husband. It does what it says it keeps my water cool which is great as I drink a lot of water. It's ideal for overnight beside my bed and I look forward to using it on the beach. It was delivered promptly and I would definitely recommend. It's a fun way to stay hydrated.”

“Love my bottle! it genuinely does keep water cold for that long - i work outside so it will be a god send in the summer Th only thing that would be better is if you could do a 1L one please :)”

“It was a gift and the person was so happy with the design and the colour of the bottle in the great packaging. From the buyer's point of view, it was not expansive, delivered very fast and well packed. Very nice product”

“Chilly's customer service is excellent. I was really impressed. A few days before Christmas my bottle was undelivered due to a problem with the delivery service. I let Chilly's know and they immediately responded to let me know that they had dispatched a second bottle to me with a different courier, and it arrived in time to be wrapped and placed under the tree. Many companies will not go above and beyond for their customers any more and I am very grateful to Chilly's for solving this issue with no fuss at all!”

“I am very happy with my purchase. The bottle I have is a great size - 500ml - and much better than a plastic bottle and undoubtedly more hygienic. it performs as it should and I would recommend it.”

“Can't believe how good these bottles are. I bought one, liked it so much I bought three more. Kept our drinks cold all day long in the Florida heat. Can't recommend Chilly bottles enough.”

“I typically fill it in the morning after running the cold tap for some time, and it will still be just as cold the next morning or whenever I finish it off. Not tried a hot drink yet but I'm sure it'll work great.”

“Product never arrived. why did Chilly's charge for EU shipping if it never left in the first place! Ridiculous. Emailed chillys for information and got a 'we'll get back to you' reply from one of the staff. Going to ask for a refund so I can actually buy a water bottle somewhere else.”

“Product absolutely first class pity about DPD couriers absolutely second rate!! Paid for express delivery got delivery five days after Xmas!! No apology or explanation. Basically tough shit you did not get Xmas presents on time. A refund does not appear to be coming? Make up your own mind!!”
