“Unfortunately, the Chillys bottle I purchased seems to be faulty. It did not work and water was hot within a few hours instead of 24 hours as advised. I am a bit disappointed as I was very excited about this product. I have used the product so unable to return but I am not sure I believe that these bottles actually work.”

“The bottle was damaged when it arrived which was not apparent from the undamged packaging until unwrapped...clearly the packaging was not sufficient protection against damage! I opened a dispute via PayPal in an effort to contact Chilly's for a refund and a request to return the item...but as yet I have not received a reply or any effort from Chilly's to resolve. I am extremely disappointed!”

“The bottle I bought is scratched right the way around where it has rubbed on the box it was packaged in , I think. The box was also slightly damaged too. Dissapointed as this is supposed to be a Christmas present.”

“Keeps water cool but not cold ice water is just cool after a few hours after 6-7 hours just room temperature looks nice but not worth the money wouldn't recommend wouldn't buy again”

“On arrival the package inclubing the tube the Chilli bottle was in was crushed and the bottle has a big dent in it, a replacement is required.”

“Claimed to stay cold for 24 hours - realistically probably stays chilled for about half of that (around 12 hours). For me, it's just not as good as I would have hoped for. Also, delivery took FOREVER. I was going to get another one for my partner - but not certain at these prices if it's worth it for me. Thanks.”

“I bought 4 bottles. 2 Was very scratched. The shipping packaging was only a plastic bag, so the confection was damage. ridiculous, I spend €100 for 4 thermos I washed very hard but they has a strong steel taste.”

Hi Corinna, Thank you for your purchase, and we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed. Chilly's Bottles can keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours, but hot for up to 12 hours. We hope that you can still enjoy using your Chilly's Bottle, with hot drinks for up to 12 hours.

“Bottle was scratched when it arrived. Replacement sent quickly but replacement was also scratched, worse than the first one. Assume they're all scratched and this is as good as it gets. Disappointing to pay this much for a nice stainless steel drink bottle when the manufacturer has gone to the trouble of making them aesthetically pleasing in lovely colours only to send them out scratched. Had bought for a gift but will have to think again now as can't give someone a scratched present.”

“I love in Portugal and bought this bottle thinking that it would keep my drink cold whilst traveling in the car. I must admit temperatures outside are currently between 31-36 degrees. However the bottle only keeps drinks cold for a maximum of two hours. I am pouring the drinks cooled already from the fridge overnight.”

“Pleased with the delivery and look of bottles, kept the contents cold. However the outside color on both bottles have marked and scrapped off in some areas. Therefore you can not have these bottles in your bags or carriers with other items as it will damage the outside and spoil the look. So we are disappointed with this outcome on the robustness of the product.”

“Chilly's really came through, excellent customer service. After my review they got in touch Tim went the extra mile and sent out replacement bottles at no extra charge to myself. Well, what a difference, I now have chilly cold water for my long road trips, no need to stop at services to stock up. I would highly recommend this product and suggest you buy a couple of sizes to cover all eventualities. #Chilly's As I had only read good reviews about Chilly's I thought that this is perfect for me as I spend a lot of time in the car and nothing is worse than warm water. Reading that it was still cold after many hours I signed up and ordered two sizes. Both items were attractively packaged and my excitement was off the charts, (it doesn't take much). I filled up both bottles with ice cold water from the fridge and set off on my travels. Initially all was well in my world of water, nice and cold, refreshing, these bottles are the dogs hooha's I thought. Two hours in, the water started warming up, switched to the unopened bottle thinking it was because I had been opening the flask, no the newly opened flask was filled to the brim with warm water. My excitement faded, four hours in I pulled into Services to buy cold water and tip my Chilly's water onto the grass. They would be fine for short journeys, but not for longer journeys. Disappointed to say the least.”

“First impresario is bad as I am still waiting for the order. The bottles look great and was even thinking of ordering a black one as they look so cool. But with this delay unfortunately I will not order a next one. Was really excited to get the bottle but still waiting, so really bad first impression unfortunately.”

“I love the design of this little bottle, it fits in my handbag and keeps my water cool all day. However, the red colour has started to wear off the base of the bottle, even though I've been very careful with it and only gently wiped clean. Now I wish I'd got the silver one! Disappointing for the high price.”
