“The bottle is on the way back to you. After first time using the whole water went in my bag so that all my school books are now wet. I send it back in order to change in a functional bottle or send the money back to pay pal if you are not able to change. Last information: returning to you is very expensive, more than 10€. And I am not returning why I don't like the bottle. I send it because of a fault”

“After a couple of weeks the paint at the bottom started to flake off really badly, despite the bottle living on my desk at work. Although I purchased it via Amazon, I sought chillys views on the product defect and whether this was common. They rather apathetically directed me to amazon, which I feel is massively disappointing given their frequent marketing and the high cost of the bottle. Suffice to say amazon, as they always do, went out of their way to resolve the issue of chillys poor product and lacklustre service.”

“Hola, lo primero que el seguimiento del pedido era algo incierto, ya que se quedo más de una semana "en tránsito" sin saber dónde se encontraba, ni cuando me iba a llegar el pedido. Por otra parte la caja de cartón estéticamente está bien pero huele muy muy muy mal y por último la botella en si por dentro huele mucho a metal y no me gusta absolutamente nada porque ese olor me da bastante asco y le cambia el sabor al agua, aunque no se si se le quitará el olor en un tiempo, la verdad es que no me la hubiese comprado de saber todos estos inconvenientes porque son 25 euros al fin y al cabo en una simple botella...”

“Bottle got delivered but as I'm at work the courier didn't leave it or leave a number for me to contact ,I then contacted urself and asked as my parcel had been sent back to ur company could I get it redelivered and so far nothing ,”
