Not the best by a long shot. The state leaks endlessly and it drives me mad. I love the bigger size bottles and it keeps the drink really cold but the straw and screw top are NOT leak-proof at all. The cups are also a hazard as I would usually carry a hot drink with me but I've had so many notebooks, diaries and bags get ruined because it leaks every time that I now only use it in the car where I can secure it with a cup holder. Really expensive purchase and not worth the money.

Lid failed on a 2 year old 1st generation water bottle. Clearly a manufacturing issue. Customer service insulted me by offering me 30p discount on a £6.97 replacement lid. Dreadful company, and poor quality products. I also have a 2nd generation bottle with issues.

Series 2 bottle advertised as a 2 in 1 comes with the option of drinking through a straw or not. Thermos cup comes with no lid therefore any hot drink will just go cold. There isn’t any customer service at all waiting weeks for them to get back to me only to say I had to order and pay for the lid. Will not order from again

My chilly bottle leaked. When I emailed customer services the first week of having it, they said that it will leak unless you keep the bottle up right. You can not just keep the bottle in your bag. Ridiculous for the amount that you pay.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND I MEAN DISAPPOINTED THIS CHILLYS BOTTLE IS THE WORST THING I HAVE EVER WASTED MY MONEY ON I AM A 75 YEAR OLD PENSIONER WITH NOT ALOT OF MONEY AND I CANT AFFORD TO LOSE 45 POUND ON A BOTTLE THAT IS MADE WITH CHEAP AND I MEAN CHEAP MATERIALS I SENT A BOTTLE BACK IN 2024 NOVEMBER AND HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED COMPENSATION IF CHILLYS DO NOT SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY I WILL BE FILING CHARGES AND TAKING YOU TO COURT. HOW DARE YOU ROB AN OLDEN LADY LIKE THIS

Terrible customer support. Provided them with everything needed in a timely manner for an in-person event and they went silent after payment was made. I wish we hadn't paid to expedite, that was pointless (lesson learned). The items did not arrive in time for our event and they did not care one bit. Many other companies care about their customers. Work with them, not Chilly's.

Lovely item when new but starts to become faulty after a few months… Be warned the build quality is very very poor. And getting in touch with the company seems difficult too.

Received the Chillys Series 2 1L Bottle Flip Lid as a present. Within a week the lid was broken and the straw mouth piece was constantly popping out of the lid and leaking, contacted chillys to see what they could offer to do and received very little help, got told it wasn’t a leakproof bottle, but no help with regards to the mouth piece fault. Straw continually falls out of the flip lid and the mouth piece pops out every time I open or close it. Has fallen out when in my bag and caused massive spills. The carry loop is not good quality, continually falling off and loosening around the lid when I was carrying it, causing me to drop my bottle numerous times, leaving large dents. Have always enjoyed Chillys water bottles and never write bad reviews but this bottle I would not recommend, incredibly pricey for an overall faulty bottle and very little help is received when you ask customer service.

I fell for their marketing campaigns on the London Underground. As soon as I received their Switch 2, it was rattly and I knew straight away I needed to return it. Can’t be paying £40 for this. And you know it’s a bad company who do not care for customer experience is when they make you pay for returns. You charge £40 for the bottle but can’t cover the £2-3 for returns. I’ve been telling people not to buy their products as there’s cheaper and better products out their and you don’t need to search hard, just Google best bottles.

Chilly series 2 coffee cup: worse coffee cup I have ever had. Over priced for the poor quality. Has chipped already, constantly leaks ( even when I put Luke warm liquids in it) and spills everywhere. If I wanted To drink cold coffee in my take away cup id get iced coffee. Considering the price it is horrendous. Have warned many people not to buy!

I bought a series 2 cup in store and wanted to change it online for a series 1. The shop is 150 miles away so I can’t go back. This is the reply I got Sadly, as the product was not purchased directly from us, this cannot be returned on this occasion. We do not also currently operate an exchange service. I am sorry about this, Emma.

Bought a bottle for my great nephew's 18th and completed the engraving request. At no time was my attention drawn to a character limit but they only printed part of his surname. I'm so upset Tried to find a number, but they obviously don't want to know. Their 'bot' offers no reasonable choices. Messaged them via Facebook. No response. Feel this is very cynical and unconcerned with the plight of their customers, which roughly interprets as NO CUSTONER SERVICE.

My bottle leaks! Wish I had read these reviews before buying as it seems to be a common problem. Leaked coffee in my expensive handbag! Contacted the company & they are now reluctantly sending a replacement lid but they dont have my colour in stock) so wont match but am doubtful it will work anyway! Expensive item wont purchase again. Was lured by rose gold colour! What a fool I am!

Series 2 sports lid is not fit for purpose. it leaks. When I asked for a refund I was told somewhat smugly "didn't you read the FAQs? it says it's not leak proof". Seriously? £17 for a sports lid that leaks? I've bought sports lids for other company's bottles that are a third of the price that don't leak at all.

A lover of the chilly bottle , myself and my daughter both were gifted your new coffee cups this Xmas. Only to be disappointed that they leak every time they are used. Coffee over clothes not cheap for a product not fit for purpose.

Was so excited by the series 2 design (aesthetics, handle, silicon base) but similar to other reviews actually drinking from it is totally impractical. The collar screws off as you attempt to open it and the collar is not comfortable to drink from, I've spilt water on myself twice using just for the first time today. Expensive and can't now be returned, disappointed.
