The product is a thing of beauty and the price offers fantastic value. The service was excellent and my watch arrived the next day despite not paying for express delivery.

Superb quality & stunning watches, easy to use informative website and great customer service. Bought two watches within a week - first was the limited edition 316 which looks amazing. Thank you.

My C70 in British Racing Green arrived in New Zealand within just a few days of my order. Securely packed, and watch was even set to the right time for NZ Daylight Saving Time. It was 'ex-display' but looks like new. 100% happy. Thank you. Ross.

Incorrect billing. They cancelled part of the order but charged me for all of it.

Friendly and responsive customer service, even with a 5 hour time difference. Shipping was quick (and free) and their watches are even more beautiful in person.

Stop changing the logo every 6 months please, it just puts your watches in the 'fashion' category..

Ordered the C7 rapide mk2 v390 and the C7 rapide chrono-limited ed. at the same time. The ordering process is good though the site did have a hiccup for a moment. No harm done. Per the site, I was suppose to receive an email indicating that I would receive a tracking number once my order is despatch. That took several days. To their defense, the site did say that on busy times (fall sale this time around) it may take several days before that happens. A follow up email to the company yielded a despatch notification to me the following day. I received my orders 14 days from date of order thereafter (standard mail to US). The mail packaging is fair. The bubble wrap around the box packaging was thin, though, thus resulting in the Watch boxes (the black cardstock box) to get dented on its corners. No worries unless you like everything perfect. The v390 came with an unmarked leather box while the limited ed. came with a labeled hardwood box. Inside is the watch manual and a Black labeled velvety, slightly bigger than a face towel size cloth for laying down and presentation of the watch. The limited also came with the COSC certification. Both watches (just the watch) looks fabulous. The straps, however, is jusy ok. Both watches came with leather bands. The v390 with a textured black leather with black stitching while the limited ed is black leather accented with pin-holed sized indentures and red-lined sides and red backs. (Google the watch and you see what I’m talking about). The v390 has a butterfly clasp buckle while the limited came with a bader deployment. The straps are Italian leather (says so on the site) and are soft and thin. Thin enough that it has a lot of give (stretch) when your putting the watch on. Also need to double check securing the bader clasp as it always releases (maybe just the strap I got). It would be nicer if the leather bands are thicker as these bands feels cheap. Then again everyone has their preference. Watch weight is lighter than expected, but not a bother. A thicker strap will certainly add heft to the watch. As I mentioned previously, the watch appearance is beautiful. The size (43mm) is perfect. There are more than enough chromes in the face to impress and take notice. The date window, however, is really small and hard to see. I need a reading glass to see and it. The placement on the face is more a preference, however, it does not bother me. Company’s service is good. I have not called them directly since it will be a long distance call. It would be nice to have a direct line to their US branch (area code + the 7 digit number) to be able to talk to someone personally. All in all a good experience and the watch price is more than satisfactory. My sincere thanks to all staff of Christopher Ward. I look forward to doing more business in the future!

This is a very classy though easy to wear piece. Its "bauhaus" style is very smartly updated to fit modern look. The overall quality is obvious and details are superb. The 39mm diameter is balanced by a great dial opening. The blue hands combined with the slightly domed sapphire make it easily legible. The white dial has silverish or pearly hue depending on angle and light. Not to say the great customer service, everything enhances the timepiece attractivity.

I bought the chromometer watch C9 5 day chronometer 40 mm at half the price on a sale. It seems to be a solid watch with a very nice movement. I thought hovever, that it would come with a deployment clasp, and that made me a bit disappointed...

I would have awarded Christopher Ward more stars if the option were available. I bought my C60 Trident Day Date COSC Limited Edition a little over six months ago and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I have compared it to other, higher priced, premium watches and can find almost no perceptible exterior or performance difference for the price. I have had many compliments on my watch (even from a jeweler) and always praise Christopher Ward and steer the curious to christopherward.co.uk (christopherward.com). My watch seems truly worthy of passing down to my son and future generations. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is the third repair on my C10 v1 pilot watch in 3 years. It gets normal/light use, is not submerged or given a hard time yet keeps breaking down. Perhaps as the first generation of its type, it has some mechanical issues which CW hadn't sorted out... hence the 5 year warranty? Very frustrating.

I love CW products, I bought 2 watches and 2 leather straps already. CW give me a beautiful, unique, valuable watch. Unfortunately, your customer service make me feel disappointed!

As an avid watch fan, I have a reasonable collection, but Christopher Ward is the only brand I have two of. I have a C65 Classic, and recently bought a GMT Trident which hasn't been off my wrist in three days. I work in a high-end luxury car dealer, and my customers are always impressed by my CW watches. This is incredible given that they are usually wearing a timepiece costing tens of thousands of pounds! I also love the exclusivity of having to make an appointment to buy the watch directly!
