“Top class service. Job done ahead of schedule. Great copy and on line to, which is good for family in Australia and the United States. Brought back many happy family memories to all our family. Plus gave a big laugh to the kids and grand kids. I can and do fully recommend this service.”

“Staff were very helpful in explaining the best options for transferring my video tapes. They kept me updated on progress and when they would be posting the original and my new family movies back to me - which arrived very quickly and carefully packed. I am delighted with the quality of the new video clips and could not have wished for anything better. Excellent service and video quality which I can now edit on my PC!”

“The website is very easy to use and the pricing easy to work out. Communication was excellent letting me know when my films had arrived and when they were going to be returned. Tutnaround was very quick and the finished product was excellent. I am very glad I finally converted my Dads old cine films onto DVD so I can watch them again.”

“Above all I wanted to recover the films , preserving their quality. No fast turn around necessary just care in doing it. The results were excellent; in truth, probably better than the originals The website stressed the care given. It was simple to understand, make the request, and ship the cine films. There was no complicated calculation of film lengths. Cine Magic seemed to work out cheaper than other sites. Absolutely delighted”

“I had a Hi8 tape with precious family video of the kids which had welded itself together and snapped the tape. Video Magic retrieved all of the video and transferred it to MP4 returned to me along with the original footage on a new cassette. A courteous and friendly service, I would not hesitate to use again in the future.”
