“The service was good apart from the fact we cold not find out driver when we arrived at the airport. He was sitting in his car with my name on his ipad but we did not see him. I rang the office to say he was not there but they told me he would be there in a few minutes so we waited and waited. Eventually he got out of his car and asked for our name, would have been helpful if he did that in the first place or if the office had told us he was already there we would have checked all the waiting taxis again!”

“The booking process was very smooth. I had booked a transfer for 14 people with two drops and expected one minibus/coach. Two separate cars turned up which made the process a bit difficult as each driver expected to be paid. Overall the cars were good and the drivers extremely polite and helpful but could have been smoother.”

“We had the benefit of being met and picked up at Abu Dhabi airport. The driver was really helpful and loaded our bags into the car. The ride was very comfortable to the hotel. However, the return journey could not be undertaken as the vehicle was stuck in a jam due to an accident and we had to find our own taxi to the airport. We are expecting a refund of the cancelled journey.”

“The service was excellent and courteous both to and from the airport. The only sour note was that although I had been quoted a price of 70 euro online, the driver ran his meter which came to 84 euro and expected that. Was not pleasant for me to start arguing the point. On the return journey I had the same driver, showed him the quote beforehand and he didn't run the meter.”

“I book for 8 people not know that my infant son should be counted as 1 adult passenger as well. The driver explained to me that my infant son is required to be in a car seat and I accepted the safety aspect of it. So, the extra 1 passenger had to go to the airport on her own. Please inform future customer of this requirement to avoid miscommunication on declaring the number of passengers.”
