“Taxi picked us up 40 minutes late . Didnt pick us up infront of specific gate but had to walk to The taxi. Taxi smelled Like a cigar room”

“Simba picked us up slightly behind schedule due to traffic but he had been in touch to let us know and keep us in the loop. The vehicle was immaculate, Simba was personable and happy to chat or not chat as we drove along. His choice of music was fantastic. Great service. Highly recommend.”

“Our driver was on time, and got us to the airport smoothly. My one complaint is that in special notes in the reservation I specified I couldn’t be reached on my cell number and needed email or WhatsApp, but that was unheeded bc I found a text in my phone once I was in the states able to access it.”

“The booking was easy, with a competitive price, for return transport to and from Dalaman airport to Fethiye. Both cars were spacious and clean, the drivers were courteous and we weren’t made to feel uneasy by their driving. We would use again.”

“One of the best! I only booked this when i arrived at the airport and was confirmed within 10min. The Driver called me a few minutes later and pick me up directly at the arrival hall. Overall i only spent less than 30 min from the time to booking until im safely inside the car. The driver was excellent and friendly. He also help me with my luggages since im travelling alone.”

“Easy to book, booking confirmed in good time with a follow up email. The driver, Simon, was brilliant. He text me to tell me that he was waiting in arrivals. He was very helpful and courteous, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this service, and certainly my driver.”

“Used the transfer service for the first time for a return trip, Treviso Airport - Venice Piazzale Roma. The whole process worked seamlessly. Clean cars (Mercedes Vito type) and polite drivers. Can recommend and will use again.”

“This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with a shuttle/taxi service. This company hired a third-party to provide my service. They sent the driver to pick me up on the wrong day. I spoke with the driver while she was at the airport and told her there was an error and that my flight did not get in until a few days later. I could not get anywhere with this company over email and was then forced to call Europe at my expense to try and resolve the issue. The company then blamed me, that I did not respond to their confirmation email and let them know they had made a mistake. Their email was sent at 1:30am the day prior to the incorrect pick up and I did not see it until the incorrect pick up had taken place. So the gist of the very long story is I spent over an hour trying to email and call only to be told I could not be refunded or have my ride rescheduled and that it was my fault it happened. I was also charged $30 for the international calls. I really could not believe they treated a customer so poorly.”

“We went from Portaventura Hotel to Reus airport. The taxi was on time with a very courteous driver and the car was spotless inside and out. Confirmation and communication via WhatsApp with the dispatch lady, Denya,was excellent. Oh ,and the driver had a great wee playlist on his radio. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“We arranged a car with a toddler car seat from the Milan airport to Lake Como but the driver arrived without one. Instead, he attempted to persuade us to get in the car anyway, saying he would pay tickets if we were pulled over. It took a hour and he eventually said someone else could pick us up 3 hours late (after a long international flight). This was clearly unsafe and creepy. We opted to get another taxi at the airport and were assured we would receive a refund. We have yet to receive one despite communication saying it will arrive (over a month later).”

“Total sham of a company. They farm out rides from their base in London which we learned after the fact. 100% pre pay with no customer service when calling, just a voice mail. Email request was responded to 7 hours later, only to tell me they have no refund options, but feel free to cancel and rebook for an additional fee. Ended up going with an alternative for 2/3 the price. STAY AWAY”

“I used city-airtport-taxis to get from AMS down towards Maastricht, and it was a great experience. The initial booking was easy, and when my flight was cancelled at the very last minute, I was able to email and update my arrival (even though it was technically within the 24-hour "no amendment" time period) and adjust the time the driver would be at the airport. Upon landing, my driver got in contact with me, and I was able to message them as we got through passport control, luggage etc. They waited during this long process and then drove exceptionally well through the Netherlands. Fully recommend this service.”
