Having just traveled 22 hours from Manila to Geneva I was just looking forward to getting home. Having received confirmation of payment from this company I understood all was in order. No. There was no driver and no notification of such until I called to ask where my driver was. This is not the first time they've canceled as I'm on my way but I thought I'd try them again. DON'T USE THEM

We return 16th of October from Liverpool City Center to Manchester Airport. For us it was terribly important that there were child seats in the car and we chose City Airport Taxis because they gave us a confirmation that this was not going to be a problem. But at the return, when we were picked up in Liverpool, there were no seats in the car. There was no time to order another taxi with child seats, so we had no other choice than to drive with our 2 year old and 7 year old child on the highway from Liverpool to Manchester without child seats. Although the driver drove as carefully as he could, the situation caused us a lot of distress as we knew that our children would not stand a chance if there were an accident. It is very disappointing that we had to put the children at risk and that City Airport Taxis didn't keep what they promise. This is simply not good enough.

1) Broke our suitcase during the ride and denied any responsibility 2) driver stopped for gas in the middle of the ride 3) air condition was too week 4) baby chair was not secured to car seat

The taxi driver sent to collect us at the airport spoke very little English. On arrival at our hotel the driver became very aggressive demanding we pay him despite the fact that this was a pre-paid transfer! Not content with this he accused our party of stealing his iPad which he then proceeded to find under his seat. The company advertises safe and stress free transfers but this was anything but. After continuing to act in an aggressive manner he threatened to call the police which we were happy for him to do as we knew that we had already paid. Eventually we had to walk away to the safety of our hotel as we were very uncomfortable with the drivers behaviour. The company admitted the error but offered no recompense for the distress caused and it appears the driver has told blatant lies to his employers. No way we'll ever use this company again as they appear happy enough to utilise companies that send aggressive drivers to pick up people. Very very poor response to our concerns

We booked a taxi to take us from Naples Airport to the Grand Hotel Vesuvio. As per our confirmation notice, we were to be picked up in an E Class Mercedes, or similar. The driver met us and brought us to a very old and dirty Volkswagon van. He then drove us to the Hotel Vesuvio in Sorrento, even though we had given the address for the Grand Hotel Vesuvio in Naples. The drive took us an hour and half in the wrong direction. The driver dropped us and drove away and it was only when we went to reception that we discovered the error. We then had to organise another taxi to take us to the correct hotel at our own expense This journey took another hour and half so we lost the whole afternoon from our weekend stay. We did, in error, put Sorrento as our drop off point but had the correct address for the hotel. The driver did not bother to check the hotel details and no attempt whatsoever was made to help us when we contacted the company from the wrong hotel.

Booked a taxi at Dubai Airport. It never showed up. No reply on the mobile emergency number. Rang London who said they would contact local office and call me back in 5 mins. After 10 mins I rang London again to be told, 'I couldn't get through either, so I didn't bother to call you back'. Absolutely disgusted. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

I had a very bad experience with them no one is there on the airport had to wait for 30 Mins till the driver came and they send a van to pick me up never going to book again

NIGHTMARE!! DO NOT USE!! Reserved transfer for 19 pax with 19 small bags and 25 Medium sized bags from Barcelona airport to cruise terminal. Bus that arrived did not have enough space for the luggage. Received NO help loading luggage into the holding area. Driver did absolutely nothing except talk on the phone to his manager. We proceeded to load some bags into the inside of the bus. By this time the children are already sitting inside the bus on a very hot day in Barcelona, and the driver refuses to switch on the air conditioning or to move the bus until there is no luggage inside the bus. We ask if he can help us find a taxi to carry the luggage...Answer is just a blank stare...frustrating would be an understatement. Tried to call emergency number and the lady who answered told me to wait for another car, by this time over an hour has passed and we needed to leave ASAP to make it to the cruise. Tried explaining that we couldn't wait and would like to cancel the service and take Taxis...I was told "no refund and you are a stupid woman!" Ended up finding a taxi for the luggage on our own and being forced to use their horrible service. Also sent an official complaint by email to which I have received no reply! Companies like this have no clue what customer service and satisfaction mean!

taxi didn't show up after waiting 40 mins, I paid the driver as stated for the return journey and have sent several emails still no reply. Michael my taxi driver told us on the way from Lisbon to Cascais that he would pick us up on the 22/07/16 at 07.30am, NO SHOW!! I rang there contact number several times and they never returned my calls. I then had to pay for 2 taxis as there was 7 of us to get us to Lisbon in rush hour traffic. ruined the end of a great stress free holiday!! my advice don't take your chances using Airport Taxis.

I can only assume the positive reviews here are fakes. This company hires drivers who are, to say the least, mentally unhinged. Upon missing our flight, the driver texted, whatsapped from about 8 different numbers. Various threats ensued, despite us explaining that we had missed the flight. As a result of the drivers lunacy, we cancelled; they still took payment and refused to refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Car did not show at Rome Airport. Called number provided - was informed it was an un assigned number. Finally took a cab in to Rome. One plus hours after the scheduled time received a phone call asking where I was since the driver was now at the airport. Then you have the nerve to charge my credit card! Scam

Booked a taxi online to collect us from Vienna airport to Vienna city centre. The flight was delayed 3 hrs but the website claimed to track your flight so if your flight is delayed they will know and won't be a problem. So they claim!!!! The driver didn't turn up!! We contacted the emergency number given on our reservation confirmation and they claimed not to know anything about our booking but he knew my name?! And then told us to wait 25 minutes to an hour and the would send another taxi. I said this was unacceptable so he told me to get my own taxi!! I thought the whole point of city Airport Taxis was to remove the stress for the traveller at the end of long journey?? What concerns me is to make a reservation you have to leave card details online even though you pay the driver direct. I have contact the company via email but 3 days later I am still awaiting a response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

It is true that we offer free flight monitoring as part of the service, however your flight was delayed for more than 3 hours. It is specified in our terms and conditions that we do not guarantee availability if flight is delayed for more than 3 hours. You have not been charged for this transfer and we did reply to your email to inform you of the same.
