“Great service, everything according to plan except we asked for 4 car seats, driver arrived with 3. But we managed to solve the situation. Will use again. Thanks!”

“I’d love to give them 5 stars because we have used their transport services numerous times over our month long trip to Italy. However, we spent a ridiculous amount of money to drive a large party (nearly 20 people) via bus from down the coast to a new city. During the drive the driver was pleasant and on time for pickup, but he drove well below the speed limit the whole drive adding an extra two hours to the drive. He also would not turn the AC on despite us requesting several times. When he did finally turn it on he set it to the lowest mode and opened his window letting all the cool air escape. It felt like 6 hours in an oven. I don’t want one bad experience to ruin anyone’s opinion of this company as they do a great job providing convenient transport across different areas, but they do need to turn on the AC.”

“Pisa to Lucca journey was excellent. Our flight was over 2 hours late and thankfully the driver was still there. Brilliant. Unfortunately on the way back the driver had been told to pick us up at Pisa Airport. Thankfully when he saw there were no flights at 8am he Whatsapped me and then realised his bosses mistake and hotfooted it over to Lucca and still managed to pick us up at 8am. Both drivers and cars were excellent.”

“No problem with booking, price quoted for return journey was good. Ou driver was waiting at airport on arrival, taxi also on time for our return to airport, both drivers helped with baggage. We had a mini bus back to the airport and my friend and I melted as the aircon wasn't very effective.”

“Je regrette un peu que la transaction ne puisse pas se faire dans plusieurs langues( la langue locale par exemple) Sinon le chauffeur était à l’heure mais n’a pas pu s’arrêter devant la maison, j’ai reçu un appel en anglais que je n’ai pas tout compris et j’ai du chercher la voiture. Après le chauffeur est une personne très agréable le voyage était parfait. Je suis très contente du service”

“Shuttle Punta Umbria (Spain) to Faro airport (Portugal) : the driver coming from Portugal was a bit in delay (I understood because he has to leave home very early in the morning - likely before 5:00 AM). I phoned to the emergency number, got answer that the driver will arrive soon with a big car (van) for 3 persons. we were on-time for the flight. We were happy with the service and recommend Cityairporttaxis.”

“It would have been a perfect score if they kept their eye on your flight. Our flight was delayed and we ended up having to pay an extra waiting time fee. For long-haul flights that are often delayed if you are collecting flight information use it.”

“Booked from Cairns Airport to Trinity Beach. I was expecting a local taxi service but when payment was made, I was charged an international transaction fee. I received email confirmation one day prior to each pickup which was reassuring. On pickup, the vehicles were also marked as Uber. Couldn’t fault the driver or vehicle as they were both good and on time. However, made me think if it might have been better if booked directly with Uber.”

“Overall very good service - but our flight was delayed and I spent ages trying to phone all numbers to try to let them know - but just music and ‘your call is important to us…’ messages. However the driver had been held up in traffic getting to the airport so actually arrived about the same time we did. Good service from staff at airport managing bookings an the driver.”

“Although there was a slight delay on our arrival on 3rd June to barcelona, the driver was very informative, friendly and helpful.he could speak English and everything turned out fine. He gave us a good background information of area we stayed and assured us that our return trip will be well taken care of and we should enjoy our stay.”

“Driver was easy to spot at airport, also on time when picking up to return to the airport. Nothing out of the ordinary. Payed the driver. The whole amount had to be paid when arriving at the destination, also for the return drive. Overall very positive.”

“The Taxi Arrived ten minutes late due to traffic conditions which was inconvenient adn I had to request another Taxi driver to call the emergency number. It would have been preferable to plan to have the Taxi available 15 minutes early in the event of early arrival or traffic conditions.”

“A good safe driver on the 2.8.15, not so good on the 8.8.15. He looked very tired and I had to ask him to stop reading messages on his mobile phone while driving at speed on the motorway! Otherwise a good service.”

“Easy to book. No payment to make upon arrival which does simplify things. Driver was waiting for us upon arrival. Made a small change to the pick up on the return which was made using the 24 hr contact number. Will certainly use again.”
