“I am very dissatisfied, the key cannot be collected. The next day. Bad, ad-laden pages. Other sellers don't have this. I do not recommend.”

“DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered wreckfest from them on Nintendo switch. They sent me an account that didn't even have that game on the account. I've been trying to get a refund for the past day and a half and eventually they just stopped responding. They will give you a bogus account as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!”

“Absolutely useless company. Have multiple outstanding queries to which the company are purposefully ignoring. Luckily my bank has realised through evidence that this company is in multiple breaches of its own T&C, therefore providing a refund. Never again would i use this joke of a company. Pay the extra $10 and order off of steam.”

“Key not delivered (18 hours later) Support not helpful at all, reading out generic responses Support state that keys regularly take up to 12 hours to come into stock (even though they are sold as in stock on the site) Will never use again, super poor service”

“Long time customer, never had an issue for 8 years. However, this year, I ordered something I didn't actually want, I had not accessed or activated the key. I wanted a refund, they said that they don't do refunds and offered to put the key back up for sale. Its been a month and their support has ghosted me, no replies to my requests for an update. I also can now no longer access it in the auto key system with the error "Sent to Email" despite CJS saying that they have put the key back up for sale. I've not received a conformation of the refund or anything. Its extremely disappointing as I have been a long time customer, spending hundreds of Euros. I will have to take my business elsewhere.”

“Customer support takes forever, I never get any response from them when it comes to updates and follow ups. My refund went on for a whole month. I want my money refunded not turned into store credits. If I don't get my money back, I'll just never buy anything from this website anymore.”
