“The product code worked with no problem. The only issue was the purchasing from website and procedure was a bit confusing and difficult. had to go forward and backwards to complete getting the activation code. Anyway it is working. Thanks”

“As a 76 year old born just after WW2, IT is not a natural sympathy with my approach to life....BUT I try and cope as much as possible. So updating PC following a catastrophic shut down was a challenge. In upgrading an OS and the essential MS office, I was impressed with the online help from CJS. . Their Website is the only let-down as its undesigned,cluttered and( I use this in a pejorative sense) a bit IT. However the rapid answers from the customer response team more than made up for that.”

“Bought key, but then been asked to confirm identity providing phone number and entering code received by text. This way didn't work for me, so they asked me provide my passport copy. This was a bit suspicious, so wrote complaint. After all they sent me the code which worked, so i paid just fraction compared to full price.”

“Easy and quick, excellent pricing (better than GroupOn). the transaction was handled quickly and email updates gave me a running update on payment and delivery status. I recommend creating a customer account rather than purchasing as a guest. That gives you quick access to your purchase history AND product registration information. CJS will now be my first choice when I need new software.”

“Bought a KEY for EA FC 24. After a longer than planned checking time I received a bad key (already used). After request in the system they returned a new key that worked fine. It turned OK at the end with some anxious feelings between that. Hope try once more time and have a more peaceful experience.”
