“Code doesn’t work been in contact and still not resolved or sent a new key so started a PayPal dispute. Never had issues in the past shame now even emails promising to resolve nothing. No refund no new game key. I’ll order from somewhere else in the future.”

“Bought a 12 months YouTube premium account 2 days ago and still not received the key, I just keep getting 'not delivered try again later'. Lodged 2 tickets and had a reply from Cecil who said a human will be in contact. 2 days a nothing - took the money easy enough but not easy to get a refund. BUYER BEWARE”

“I purchased a key for Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 in January 2024 but could never get it to work. I gave up for a few months and am now trying again but it still won't work, and customer support is useless. Not impressed with this company.”

“Office 2021 key bind license purchase - not able to validate using their procedures, doesn't seem to be a valid product key and not a bind to account key because it doesn't show in my Microsoft account, possibly a dead key. I have raised a ticket, awaiting response, failing that, I will be opening a dispute with PayPal for a refund. Will update my feedback if anything changes.”

“Hi Order number #3781732 Ordered key for F1 24. After I paid order which was verified after 24hr only. I didn't receive key, it was out of stock. I contacted the costumer support, and after I requested refund, they ignored me. 5 days of my purchase, no key, no refund, no answers from support.”
