“I have always uses CJS CD Keys and have had many wonderful puchased. But my last order have been not that great. Bought 12 month Xbox game pass ultimate for Xbox with VPN. Read the descripiction carefully before ordered. And after I made my purchase I got an email where I had to activate the purchase to see the keys and all was fine. But when I got to the page with the 3 x keys there was a big wanning that if I had an ongoing subscription I could not get the 12 month. This was not descibed when I made the purchased, and after using the keys I only got 7 month gamepass and not the 12 month. Have been in contact with the support team at CJS CDKEYS but have been an ongoing nightmare. Thet keep on saying sorry for the mistake and that I have to send pictures. I have now 3 times send the pictures of the problem, and almost 1 month the support team have not reached / replied my email, and there have been no fix to my problem.”

“Placed a ticket 6 days ago, gave lots of evidence and pictures of the issue and only have had 2 replies (both of which were useless to me. haven't received a reply in 4/5 days now and sick of it, usually never had a problem but this time its been the most incompetent support. They aren't reading any of my tickets by the solutions they are giving. Asked for a refund and not heard anything from that either.”

“Don't buy the VPN version to try and save a bit of money. The list of instructions that are sent out AFTER you purchase is not worth the extra savings. It never worked in the end and I have wasted my money.”

“Complete joke! 4 codes purchased. None of them work! No refund given only store credit which is useless as all the codes I buy say I’m in the wrong region which I am not! Terrible service and takes too long to reply to any queries. 6 weeks I’ve been trying and still no better off! Do not buy from this company!”

“I purchased the xbox game pas ultimate for 6 months key. Chose the global and more expensive option in order not to deal with all the VPN based activation related issues. The keys which were provided to me did nit work due to regio mismatch. Tried to reach the support. Got a generic answer which states the a VPN activation may be needed. I tried to ask for alternative keys or refund, but no answer fron the support with no option to cancel the order and get a refund. I will never use this website in the future and do not recommend it to anyone.”

“Bought a code for 12 months game pass ultimate, code wasn't for ultimate, was for core. Tried to say I wouldn't get a refund because the codes are claimed Impossible to know the codes arent as sold without claiming them Opened PayPal dispute Now saying I'll get refund when code is resold and told to close my dispute. Fat chance I want my money back Why am I being made to wait for a falsely advertised code to be sold again for me to get my money back. Disgraceful”

“Awful experience with Xbox Live codes on two separate occasions. Bought a VPN code once, but they were unable to help me redeem it. I followed the directions send and it told me I was in the wrong region. Had to have someone from a separate Facebook group help me redeem. Bought a GLOBAL code a few days later that would not redeem at all. Asked for help with redemption, to which an impossible resolution was recommended (EU is a group of countries, not a region i can select on a VPN!!!). After 2 full days that they did not respond, i initiated a refund from PayPal. There are nuances with VPN and Global codes that CJS CDKEYS have no idea how to navigate. Do NOT expect their customer service to help you! Steer clear!!”

“I have been a customer since 2018 and have had no problems at all with any order. UNTIL NOW. The latest vpn activated key cannot be activated because Norton vpn will not give me an India connection. The company recommended Nord vpn. This cost me £74 which totally negated the small saving in buying from them. Hey presto, it still doesn`t work and they now want me to pay for a subscription for a 3rd vpn to try. Total madness. Now they are refusing to return my payment.”
