“I did the mandatory identity verification and had to wait days before messaging about it and was asked to send a picture of my ID and a hand written note for verification. I said I wasn’t doing all of that and to refund my money. They sent the order through instead. So if you’re having trouble getting your gift card, try this. They’ll push it through immediately.”

“So i ve bought a cd key for gears 5, after 48 hours or so, i received an invite to Steam to claim, waitting now for 10 minutes.... will keep you posted, this is not normal i ll tell you that much”

“Most of the time it works. I have had one faulty key waiting to be resolved with support. Had another order saying it would be in stock and would be emailed to me within 12 hours after ordering. It has been 48 hours and still no key. Awaiting a refund from support.”

“It took me many attempts to try and purchase the Windows 11 Key I wanted, which was extremely frustrating to the point that I looked elsewhere to buy. However their price was SO good by comparison to elsewhere, that I came back and kept trying on different devices, and eventually, it worked. After that, it was plain sailing as the license code worked perfectly. Would advise them to look at how their site works on multiple devices, Operating systems and browsers at the point of purchase!”

“La vendita era ingannevole con dicitura disponibilità immediata dopo l'acquisto. Invece tutt'altro l'assistenza mi ha risposto con diverse soluzioni... sarà disponibile tra 24 hr, oppure dopo 48hr...... la chiave sarebbe arrivata alla release del gioco. richiesto refound alla fine ottenuto tramite paypal”

“Bought a key that ended up being region locked, and their solution on the website didn't help me. Then got no response in the support ticket, I'll update this if I get a response. Other then that, good-ish service”

“I really wanted to be able to right a good review. I bought 5 sims Cd keys and 4 worked. 5th one didn’t, wasn’t in any rush so I just followed the report key function. I have now been emailing back and forth for over 2 weeks. I provided screenshots which were requested and was told it would be rectified. Then I got an email telling me I had to log in to sims online to register the game. The key is 4 digits too short but hey, I had a go. I emailed bad the proof, including a video, that the code was not working and requested a refund (after initially asking for a new key) as I was fed up by then. Only to receive an email today with the first email reply requesting the screenshots! I am going around in circles and getting a bit fed up now. They take a couple of days to respond also, which is a pain.”
