“I paid for a Steam key of Football Manager 24, but they sent a key I can only redeem on the FM website. I've been waiting over 8 hours for a response to my ticket being created with customer support, and I'm disgusted with this poor excuse for customer support. This could have been rectified immediately, but instead I've waited all day to hear absolutely nothing.”

“CDKEY was for use and needed a VPN but even when uing a VPN it did not work and they wouldn't fix the problem even with all the proof with photos. Also all was very fishy a the page said code was for Brazil, then after purchase it says for Egypt and then at the end the support said Argentina. All of which were tried and none of which worked.”

“Shocking for getting problems with codes fixed act like it's your fault not doing it right communication is terrible ignore your emails had to raise a dispute so PayPal would help get problems solved will never use again not worth the hassle for £6 less than playstation store stay clear”

“Nah, i paid "im my currency Rand" 40 bucks for a random steam key, they say you get way higher back , at random, i did not, I paid 40 bucks for a 5 bucks game”

“SCAMMERS!! When I purchased the key it was in stock. I paid using crypto and saved the payment ID. I waited for about 10 minutes to get my email with the key and decided to go try and collect my key from the "automated" system. I entered the payment ID and I was presented with a screen that's it's under review. I checked with the crypto payments service and the fund were received successfully and in full amount. After an hour I went back to CJS cdkeys and checked the "automated" page and saw that my key was not ready yet. I opened a support ticket and got a reply that they see the payment but that they haven't received it yet. After another 2 hours I replied that I would like to get my key. No reply from them. I sent a reply asking for my key another two times. No reply. After that I opened a new ticket and all I got back was that they merged my two tickets. Two days later the "automated" page stated that their keys are out of stock.”

“I made a mistake and got an out of region card that I can't use and it's looking like this sitecwants me to eat that I can't do that so if I must I will dispute that with my bank if I have to!”

“The key returned an Invalid message and after waiting 5 days for a response from the support team the issue remains unresolved. I have found the whole experience absolutely terrible and I have purchased the same product from somewhere else that actually works. I am now waiting for a refund.”

“this is the response for a 'LIFETIME' key expiring - 'I'm really sorry for the trouble. We usually process a replacement for this, however since this order was made for more than a year and since we no longer sell this product online, unfortunately we can no longer process a replacement or refund.'”

“I purchased a Steam key for Starfield, it was susposed to be an instant purchase but I have no steam key and the support from CJS is useless. I have asked for a refund that they say takes 2 hours 24 hours later no refund. Tried to call, phone number does not work and messages and emails are not replied to. Read CJS CD Keys comments on the facebook page and its full of complaints for unworking CD Keys and awful customer service.”

“Bought a Steam code from them, and I got an error from Steam saying "The product you've entered has already been activated by an existing Steam account, and therefore is invalid". Not going to risk buying from this website again.”

“I bought a code fro them, their system never sent me a text to authorize my phone meaning I was unable to get the code. Had to send a screenshotof the error-code / message I got, they never replied this. Ended up buying fra G2A instead, have asked for a refund from CJS. Maybe they have alot of codes etc, but their customer service is not very good when things go wrong.”

“TRASH service. The Website looks like it was programmed by a 13y old and doesnt work probably. They also dont send the key instant it takes for ever or never happenss. Support needs days to answer. DONT BUY HERE”
