“I bought a "Gears 5 CD Key For Steam" (order #3471473) and they sent me a link to a shady page from another domain that asked me to enter my Steam credentials (!!!!!). Of course, I refused and asked their support to either send me the right product (the CD Key I bought), or to refund. They denied both. We went back and forth (I have the full conversation) and while they admitted that what they sent me was not what I bought, they STILL refused to refund me. I warned them, waited 3 days and started a PP dispute that's still ongoing. I'm yet to get a reply/resolution from them, it's like they're hiding their head in the sand and waiting for this to blow over. So I'll use that time to tell everyone to not fall for their bait and switch.”

“I purchased a X box ultimate game pass on behalf of my son, when I tried to redeem the code on Microsoft it said it wasn't valid as it was for another Country/Region. When I raised a query I did get a response from CJS CD Keys to say I had brought a code for Canada! When I checked the order it does say Canada but the word blends in with other text, doesn't stand out and doesn't state not redeemable in UK. Why is it even an option on a UK website?? Since then I've replied asking for it to be changed to UK or a refund but despite several emails to their customer service department my emails are being ignored. Due to this I will not order again from this company they don't care about their customers.”

“I paid the 19 pounds as requested then they asked me to provide bank details to pay a subscription before they will issue the key. I only want to buy the office 365 and would like what I paid for. I should have paid the money to Microsoft, at least I’d have the key.”

“This is the second time now I've purchased some game keys from this website that's not in stock yet they never say on the page that it's out of stock. Always have to wait over a day to get the codes I've been billed for there and then, yet any other website like this sends the codes instantly. Tried to cancell the order of 2 keys but for some reason can only get a refund for one of the keys! Will never be buying off this website again and will just stick to the other key websites from now on that I can actually trust.”

“Cities: Skylines II Ultimate Edition Digital Download Key (Xbox One/Series X) (Region: VPN Activated Key) The microsft store does not have a game version for xbox one yet you think it is acceptble to market a game code as if it is available. You emailed to say there would be a working key or full refund but have not received a refund. A "working game code" is useless because there will be no game to downloaad for xbox one. You know this and are fraudulently profiting from people in the same situation as myself.”

“The code I bought was too short. I raised a query and was asked to send screen shots as proof. I did this, and then the company stopped replying to my emails. So I'm out of pocket with no game or refund.”

“First time buying something, bought a code, they gave me the wrong code that cost waaaay less than what I paid. Then customer service stopped messaging me after I said I got the wrong product and wanted a partial refund for the difference in value. Would NOT recommend.”

“Key is not working, correct platform and region but simply not working. Have raised a ticket explaining it is the correct region and platform (Epic) and all I got back was being told to check what I had alreday conformed was not the issue, I also submitted a screenshot of the code being invalid and then radio silence afte rthe initial reply was quick. When it comes to either refunding or issuing a code that does work it seems the response is to ignore.”

“I've replied to them 10+ times the few times they respond they say the key isn't in stock or that they'll reply under 12 hours or talk about BITPAY which I didn't use to buy the key. Still don't have a working key or any support. I've requested refund several times with no response.”
