“I had purchased four keys, and only one of them had given me an issue. The keys I purchased took about less than a day to receive, but the one that needed to be replaced took days. In all, I am happy and would go through CJS CD Keys. Customer service was tentative to the case I created, and addressed it with little-to-no questions.”

“I did not get my Xbox game key (It was stuck at the "processing" phase), but I did have to wait with radio silence from support. Afterwards, they processed a refund for me, unprompted. So as I have seen and believe: They are just a small company, and you just have to be patient and they will get to you. Also they did respond very quick before purchasing. But took a while to respond after purchasing. I'm guessing there were things happening in the background. I do wish they had more resources to reassure people that they would get serviced.”

“Works and there are safety systems in place prices are ok Bit annoying that the purchase with debit card does not remember my shipping details and have to reenter it all this is the 3ed key I have gotten and non have had issues last 2 were in 2023 and still work fine”

“I got the key eventually which was a relief. But I ordered the key at 1603 the previous day and didn't receive the key until 730 the morning after. I was told it could take up to 2-3 hours to receive the key. I think more reassurance and getting better at managing expectations would help improve the trust of this company, as I was seriously thinking 'maybe I've been scammed' after the 2-3 hours passed by. I was not scammed however, and was happy to find a rare item I'd been searching for for some time.”

“Managed to get a £60 game for £14 by using a vpn. This is the 2nd time using CJS - cd keys. Easy instructions to follow, well worth it. Definitely will use again. Thanks”
