“Waited 2 days for a preorder code and still not had it”

“I’m another customer that ordered EA FC24 Ultimate Edition, and nearly 36 hours after release have not received a key as promised. Customer support is very poor. I’ve been promised the key by the end of the day, within 24 hours, and now the site has some nonsense statement about being available between 2 and 12 hours. Following this experience I’ll not use them again.”

“Pre ordered ea fc. Said garunteed to arrive upon release of the game. The game is now out and 24 hours later no code still. Some auto script email. If the code doesnt appear on the so called “autokey” in 2 hours ill be making a dispute on paypal”

“Fraudulent website, I haven't received the code. I bought it on the 19th, and so far, nothing. It seems like they don't understand the meaning of 'pre-order.' I probably won't receive the code. These scammers are prioritizing those who buy now since they raised the price to 74 euros”

“Bought an Xbox Gift Card and read "Here, you can collect your purchased activation codes instantly after your payment." I have went to collect it and it said "our support team will manually approve your order shortly, at which point you will be able to collect your keys via Autokey." It has been 3 hours after my purchase and I still havent recieved anything, i emailed the 'fastest' support email and I have still got no email back. This website is very bad and I wouldnt recommend it nor will I be buying from CJS CDKEYS again. Dissapointed”

“Después de comprar hace 5 dias la versión anticipada de FC24 Ultimate Edition, con su lanzamiento dia 22. Y enviar varios mensajes a soporte, no se me ha respondido en ningún caso ni enviado el código... Mientras estoy viendo como otros compradores están adquiriendo el mismo código de forma instantánea. Eso sí, pagando más de lo que pagué yo hace 5 días... Pero eso no debería dar derecho a tenerme a mí en espera cuando realicé la pre compra para asegurarme el código en su lanzamiento... En resumen, estoy muy decepcionado con la atención recibida... Por mucho que luego haya un reembolso...”

“My ultimate edition pre-order for EA FC 24 cd key never arrived but it is marked as delivered you click to generate the key and you get nothing but another message about the game been delivered on release day well guess what CJS CD KEYs today is the release day for pre orders where is my key!!!! poor service no response from support glad i paid with paypal if i dont get key and all pre order benefits i wil claim money back from paypal and never order from you again....”

“Incredibly poor service. Will basically rob you! Paid and bought a vpn key for a pre release, here I am a day after the game has come out without anything! Communication is none existant, was told a "glitch" had messed up my order. Yet I'm still sat without what I've paid for. There's a reason these are so cheap, it's a rip off. Will take your money and just run! KEEP CLEAR!”

“Bought the early release Ultimate Version of EA Sports FC 24 a week ago One of the main features is the 1 week early access to the game. All week I saw, I'll get my Key when the game is released, yet half a day into release I got nothing but an E-Mail that I got my key - but its simply not there. They put out a statement that they have issues delivering and that it took them by surprise, yet they are still selling the same game on their page, knowing that they cant deliver right now. I cant cancel my order either and support is not responding Its very disappointing and will be for sure the last time I bought with them.”

“Bought EA FC 24 ultimate edition on 21st August and the key should have been ready by now, yet I still haven't received it.. they are still advertising it on their site as in stock so I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase this game here go somewhere else as they just seem to take the money and not provide what you pay for”
