“Awful customer service. VPN Code didn’t work despite following instructions. Have tried getting sorted but they have stopped responding. I will now have to raise a dispute with PayPal. It’s such a shame. I was a loyal customer but now I will never use them again. Shame on you!!”

“I have placed an order on 11 November, and I have purchased a PlayStation +12 month subscription, after purchasing it and paying the amount I received a message that the product was still not available. One day afterwards, I receive a message that the product is now available and I go to the website to claim it and find out that the code is incorrect or invalid. After contacting the customer service. I receive a email requesting a few screenshots from me which I did provide, and even a video that I sent extra just to make things go smoothly. Two days later, I still did not receive a response from the service employees and I have just received an email from CJS-CD Keys to give an honest review. I have wrote them an email yesterday asking if they are willing to resolve my issue before I write an honest review and I'd still did not receive a response and I feel like I am left with no other option than to share my story with potential customers that might consider purchasing from this website. I am completely disappointed about how my issue has been dealt with and about the lack of assistance and responsiveness from the service team. I highly recommend you to stay away from this website and not to purchase anything from them cause in case you need their help they will not be there for you if there is an issue”

“24 hours of buying a key off them, still haven't had any reply from the company. Purchased another key to be safe in case it wasn't a server side error, and then the other key is region locked. Help team is utterly atrocious, would not recommend buying keys due to the company's inability to respond to emails. Furthermore, there needs to be declarations in the buying of keys to state potential region locking, as you're handing a key over without any form of warning.”

“I ordered a game key on the 8th of November. The product description said it would work globally with no regional restrictions. When I tried to unlock the key the platform rejected it saying I was in the wrong region. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days. I received an initial email asking for screenshots which I provided and then they ghosted me. I have gone to PayPal and filed a claim. Buyer Beware with this company.”

“Had to give 1 star or I couldn't leave a comment. Also could not tick "How easy was it to get a refund" as I'm being ignored. Tried to purchase a key. It failed. They told me to delete Steam cahe and try again. I did and still no key. Asked for a refund or a key. Never heard from them again. So only recourse is to contact paypal to the see what they can do. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.”

“these are scammers , they sell 'lifetime' keys that expire within months and they refuse to replace them. it is extremely likely the keys they sell were not legitimate in the first place - this is straight up fraud”
