“Ordered and paid for composite fencing after being introduced to cladco by a fence fitter due to their pricing. I looked at their website and it was just what I wanted. I then was told about a local supplier that supplied on behalf of cladco. I visited the showroom, gave the measurements and ordered. This was paid for upfront as requested. The fence arrived and my fitter collected and then erected this at my property. During the installation, the fitter pointed out to me that no finishing strip had been sent, despite cladco's website showing pictures of their fence with finishing strip along the top. I went back to the supplier and queried this, who then contacted cladco. They received a very unprofessional response back basically saying they don't supply finishing strip and that basically it is what it is. The director tried to insult my intelligence by saying that its like 'buying a BMW 4X4 and then saying its not the same as a Range Rover'! Now forgive me for being inadequately educated but I proceeded with my order based on what you are advertising on your website. The image on your website shows YOUR composite fencing with finishing trim?? The Director has since come back to me saying that the image on his website is a customers image, and the trim is what they supplied themselves from elsewhere? Now if that isn't a coincidence, I don't know what is? No where on your website is there reference to that being someone else's image so you are in effect, misselling a product. If I had known that the fencing did not come with the finishing trim which is part of the kit, then I would of gone elsewhere. Your customer service and the way you talk about your customers is shocking. You have never once tried to resolve this issue and I am not surprised that particular suppliers have stopped using you because it reflects badly on their reputation. You have left me with no alternative than to involve trading standards.”
“please do not waste your money. we fitted a 12m x 12m deck and after 2 years, the deck has faded, very large contraction gaps, other boards has expanded and causing a hump in the top deck. manufacture Cladco Ltd are not interested not even to come view but Offred us a colour restorer, which seems very strange as they assure me they don't have problems with fading?”
“We are a company wishing to use there products but our clients would like to see a larger sample prior to making a decision on the wall cladding. when you ring and help for assistance all they say then can supply one board for £17.00 but delivery will be £192 pounds, its a joke have tried to get hold of the MD and that's impossible.

“Very disappointed with this company and the product, the cladco deckomg marks so easily and was told by customer services to use soapy water which I have tried, stroppy reply was that's all thry can offer.
Had I know the poor quality of this decking I would not have bought.

“Absolutely disgusting service and company. Before I placed an order on 19th of May , I contacted them to ask if they have product in stock and if they can deliver it within 10 days, answers was positive, after 10 days I contacted them and asked when they will deliver them, they said that they are very busy, covid and stuff, but that was bullshite.One week later I tried to contact them, they said that they still have time to deliver it, because delivery policy saying they will deliver in 15 working days... So on fifteenth working day I contacted them, they said that THEY DON'T HAVE TH BOARDS IN STOCK. AND ONLY CAN DELIVER THEM AFTER 2 MONTHS. So subframe is ready now, I don't think so I will find the same length boards to fit foe my project, otherwise I will need to rebuild the aubframe or buy much more decking boarss than I need to fit the project, what is another 500-600£ wasted. They even wasn't bothered to contact me, maybe they hoped that I died and they could get my money without delivering them boards. Worst experience ever. I really hope you will lose your business.”
