“Fine quality jewelery. This is my 2nd purchase. Note for Belgium: UPS is poorly organised in Belgium. No collection points at all. Please opt for another courier.”

“I ordered a sterling silver ring. It arrived promptly and was nicely packaged. The ring is very pretty and is sized as ordered. It appears to be well made. I think it represents good value. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for this type of jewelry.”

“I purchased a ring online but when it went through on my credit card the exchange rate was in a different currency, so between that and duties it cost me almost double what I was expecting to pay. I was offered a small rebate as a “token of goodwill”, but was offered the same rebate in an ad for new purchases on Facebook only days later, which made the gesture feel hollow. The ring itself is nice, although it has some defects that look like scratches on it, which I was not expecting after paying the amount that I paid. The ring is nice overall, but ended up being very expensive for what it is. I would consider returning it if I did not think it would be a complicated process. Although they were polite and responsive, I would not order from this vendor again.”

Hi Peter, Our website show prices in USD, EURO & GBP. You did not pay in any of these currencies which was why the exchange rate was high. Unfortunately, this is something out of our control and not something that happens very often. “My girlfriend loves her new Claddagh ring. She bought one 13 years ago when she visited the beautiful city of Galway but unfortunately misplaced it. Wanting to get another from the same place, we bought one online. It came so fast I couldn't believe it. The quality was just as good, if not better than her previous one. Would definitely recommend!”

“Spot on! I purchased a Claddagh silver & ruby ring for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I ordered mid-November as I was concerned there may be a delay with it coming direct from Ireland but I needn’t have worried. I was kept informed of dispatch & delivery without any problem. Daughter loves it! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. 10/10 from me.”

“I wanted something special for our 28th wedding anniversary and thought a Claddagh ring might just be the perfect thing. Ordered a lady's Claddagh (in yellow gold) with an opal. With the help of Maureen and Rachel (in Galway), it arrived here across the pond (Alabama) at just the right time. The ring and stone are exactly as described on the web site - an absolute stunning combination. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claddagh Jewellers to anyone looking for one of these rings. Very well made and a fair price.”

“Hey last summer I purchased a claddagh ring for my sister's birthday we spent out holidays in Ireland together. So wanted to buy something special. The service was really great. Placing the order was very simple. I did have some questions concerning the order. So I emailed. My email was answered very quick. So I am really pleased with the service.
