“I have purchased several rings. The latest one was the 14kt. Shamrock and Trinity filigree ring. I love it and have received many compliments expressing how beautiful it is! When I decide again to buy, Claddagh Jewellers is where I’ll go for stress free shopping. Their quality is excellent and the staff is absolutely wonderful!”

“Claddagh Jewellers presented well a fine collection of silver earrings, the category of my interest. In fact the Children of Lir collection was quite unique amongst the possible jewelers in Dingle, Killarney, Kenmare which I searched. I ordered the Swans, and have since had them set with a diamond solitaire in each Swan's wings. They will be a gift just before Easter. I would suggest that your website note that you will not do business with Visa or MasterCard Gift (debit) cards. As most web providers accept such protected cards, it took multiple exchanges before I could get my order moving. It arrived promptly as promised, and was well delivered as well.”

Hi Cinthia, Thank you for leaving a review. I have checked your order and there were no shipping charges allocated to your purchase because it was over $500. I also checked to see if a member of our customer service team had directly contacted you at any point after payment for additional money owed on shipping and there is nothing. Could you please email us on info@thecladdagh.com with more information on the above. It is possible that you were charged custom & excise as your order was over the $800 limit, which it clearly states on our website. If this is the case and this is where the fees came in, then this is out of our control and is listed on the many different sections on our website including the checkout page. While a custom fee is sometimes applied, it is also important to note that as a customer outside the EU, you availed of tax free shopping here and your item was 23% less. “The wedding bands I ordered are beautiful. The only negative comment I have, is that if the company would allow PayPal as a form of payment, it would be extremely helpful for those purchasing from overseas whose bank may make such a purchase difficult. Otherwise, I am completely happy!”

“Ordered my new ring right before the Christmas holidays. I got an immediate response saying that the shops would be closing down for the holidays and my order wouldn't be processed until January. I opted to go ahead with the order since it was a gift for myself, but I was very impressed at the level of service I received. The ring itself is gorgeous. I get compliments everywhere I go. “I bought a pair of solid silver earrings from Claddagh Jewellers which came very well packaged. The handcrafted earrings where made to very high quality and where bigger than I had expected - at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with my purchase - and so was my girlfriend :-) would definitely shop here again!”
