They shipped my rifle within three days and it got here in two my first time buying from them went really good I’m very satisfied with classic firearms will be back!

I purchased a nice AR 15 from them in mid-March. when I checked out it said 8-10 days shipping, 5 weeks later is hasn't shipped.the only thing they did fast was charge my card that day. no way to reach them, if you email you get a generic Covid-19 pre-written response. virus or not, this is shoddy.I reversed the charge today with my bank and they will handle it from there. #NEVERAGAIN stay far away from them.

Tried purchasing 2 firearms would not let me complete the shipping because of my magazine capacity restrictions in my state so I had to email them well by the time they ever responded both firearms were sold out and they of course don't care very terrible service and I used them before and had no issues but beware now

Horrific customer service. I purchased an item and then found it cheaper the next day elsewhere. They said they would not refund the difference and if I wanted to return the item they would charge me a 15% restocking fee plus charge me for the shipping for sending me the item. I asked for someone to call me to discuss and they refused. They are horrible and I will never purchase anything from them ever again. Don't waste your time with this company.

Ordered ammo 34 days ago took then 20 days to tell me it was out of stock. I asked for a refund still no refund and no ammo. Worst customer service.

Horrible customer service . I was offered a return on junk first, that then turned into credit which does not exist on my account . After two weeks of trying too get a reply to my concern nothing has been done and no more contact too resolve the matter . I would never recommend anyone spend any amount of money with this company . They give no regard to there customer .

They use underinsured shipping and don't care if you receive the product. I spent $510 in purchase with $35 for shipping. FedEx lost my packages and falsely said they were left at my door. I know this to be false because I eagerly waited at the porch all day on delivery. FedEx does nothing to resolve, classic firearms makes no attempt to help and I'm out over $500 because they chose the cheapest delivery and it's only insured for $100 max but FedEx will fight even paying that. This company is too risky to buy online and they will ignore all attempts for any diplomatic resolution. Crooks with appaulling customer service!

First time customer. Ordered 1000 rounds of ammunition and received 500. Invoice clearly shows that 1000 rounds were paid for. Tried to reach them and went through customer service chat. Waste of time. They told me to contact sales by email. Sent multiple emails. No answer yet. Give it 2 more days then I will dispute the charge. Never again.

Will not answer emails, will not ship product I paid for, and will not cancel order!! Poor customer service, I'm going to have to reverse charges at my bank and file with the BBB. This place is a big sham!!! Wish I would have read reviews first!!!

Ordered 1000 rounds of Ammo the beginning of March, only recieved 500 rounds but was charged for the 1000 rds. I get shits crazy right now and would be fine with just the half order but I have emailed more than once and have not heard one thing from them and no explanation!

Placed multiple orders with this site in last couple weeks. They have fulfilled every time. Yeah, a couple orders may have taken an extra day or so but this company has delivered for me. I’ve had other companies show items “in stock”, say their customer service people are working from home, can’t answer phone, unanswered emails, etc. But Classic Firearms has not failed me during this crises. If they have it in stock when you order it will get to you, it might not ship next day but you’ll have it within 7 days, I’m sure.

PLEASE DO TOUSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR. THEY TAKE WEEKS TO FILL A ORDER. WHEN YOU CANCEL IT YOUR HAVE TO FIGHT AND HOUND THEM TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I PAID FOR A GUN THEY WANTED THE FFL AND THE SHOP SENT IT TO THEM 3 TIMES I SENT THE ANOTHER 2 EMAILS WITH THE INFO AND IT WAS FAXED TO THEM AND THEY STILL SAID THEY DIDNT RECIEVE IT. SO I CANCELED MY ORDER AND HAVE BEEN SENDING THEM EMAILS FOR WEEKS WITHOUT A RESPONSE BECAUSE THEY HAVENT REFUNDED A SINGLE CENT. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. YOUVE BEEN WARNED

Placed an ammo order on 3/15/2020 at classic firearms.com and it still shows as processing for packing. Emailed them and they haven’t given me an explanation. Even with all that is happening, it is unacceptable. I ordered from other vendors, and they all have delivered my ammo already. Has anybody else had the same experience?

BUYERS BEWARE! This company will take your money and disappear. I placed a order with them and the only thing I got was advertisement for other products they had for sale. They will reply instantly to emails if your very serious. And they will say we are closed. Call us back tomorrow. And other email and you won't even get that response. They will flat out ignore you. Never do buisness with this company.

Recieved 1 invoice for 2 separate firearm purchases, only recieved 1 initially, so I write the CS dept. They give me a generic answer stating I can check my shipment any time on there website....that only shows an invoice for 1 firearm. I recieve the second firearm 3 days later and have to pay for a second background check. The firearm is damaged and missing the 2 magazines its advertised with. I emailed the CS MANAGER SUZETTE and she replied with I'm sorry to hear your situation. And now I cant her to reply. Do not go through this company they are trash and there CS doesn't care about you or your business. Spend the extra $20-50 on the same gun somewhere else, and rest easy knowing you dodged a ton of problems working with classic firearms.
