Placed order 4 days ago so far and still hasn't even been put in mail. Called and they have no good reason.

I received my model 68 Winchester rear sight 2 days after I placed the order, exactly as described. I couldn't be happier.

My husband bought 3 AR15 tek mats, paid for the insurance, the product showed as delivered, but it wasn’t at our address. We contacted the post office but in the meantime reached out to customer service via email. My husband explained we hadn’t received our package, hadn’t heard back from the post office, and explained he paid for insurance. Jay explained that the package was transferred to USPS, the insurance didn’t cover that package any longer. That’s a bogus answer. So we are out money and without our package. Their customer service is horrible and they keep giving us the same answer. A reputable company should try and make it right. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Purchased an item on 12/28, and on 1/6 received a cancellation and credit due to a "inventory discrepancy". Disappointed to put it mildly. CF needs a better inventory control system (apparently). An "inventory discrepancy" should never be a reason to take funds, commit to a delivery, have the customer work with his FFL, have delays in responding and getting it shipped, force the customer to call and confirm status, have his FFL call and confirm receipt of FFL, THEN SUDDENLY cancel an order due to a discrepancy in inventory. This has cost me twice the value of the firearm in time and energy to work with my local FFL and CF. I would expect any respectable company to email me with reasons for a delay, then work to secure the firearm at a later date while honoring the sales price even if it comes at a loss to CF. I can understand supply chain issues (even though I would expect CF to only sell items you have in inventory). So...at this point the company initials seem appropriate.

Do not for any reason but after market parts from Classic Firearms! If you have any issues at all they will hit you with extremely high return shipping fee plus a restocking fee. They will not bend whatsoever, even though they post a YouTube video that is totally misleading on the parts ordered. Also when calling the customer service, they never mention once of the high cost of the return and restock, you don’t know this until they receive it back. Not allowing you to make a decision to try and sell it outright and save yourself $30 plus dollars! Horrible experience with them!

I live in Colorado where the mag capacity for shotguns is 15 rounds max. Tried buying a shotgun that comes with a 5-round magazine. The website says NO due to my state's 8-round max law. Contacted them and they said yes they would send it because the website is wrong. But then when I asked to do the payments option its not available to me because the only way to bypass their broken website was to order over the phone and that option would no longer be available to me. I asked why should I have to be treated differently because their website is broken and the lady was rude and refused to give me an answer. So now I bought the gun cheaper at Grab A Gun.

Bought a 1911. Waited 10 days and simply received an email saying they were busy and behind. I requested that it be sent it to an FFL they had on file, listed in their website so there would not be any further delays. However, the FFL changed names and they returned to sender stating that classic firearms has done this before. Called classic and Monica was extremely rude, wanting me to pay another $44 for shipping. I asked if they wanted to accommodate for a new FFL or lose a customer for life. They chose to lose me as a customer. I won’t order anything from them again. These places get to big and start tossing customers away, acting like they are doing you a favor when you need assistance.

I get tons and tons of unsolicited emails from them on a daily basis. I have NEVER contacted this company or visited their website in any way, but I can't stop the emails. I have no idea how I wound up on their list. I keep hitting "block," I keep getting more. I do not want their products, and even if I did, I would try any other store on the planet. I am furious. Dear Classic Firearms: LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!

They don't get any stars from me, I bought a 6.5 Creedmore barrel from them that was defective, the feed ramps were cut too large not allowing the cartridge to elevate properly causing the bullet to jam against the barrel face. I called the barrel manufacture and the only way the tech service people communicates with you is by email only, after several emails at times it would take a couple of days to get a response back, I called Classic firearms and told them about the problem and they said they would refund me the money once they received the returned barrel. They said that their expert said nothing was wrong with it but they never put the barrel in a gun to actually test it properly. They didn't refund the full amount shorting me 40.67, they said it was for shipping and handling. Oh by the way I bought a new barrel from another company and it cycles fine because the feed ramps are smaller which causes the cartage to get more elevated to make it chamber properly. I talked to the manager about this issue she couldn't handle why I would be upset about not getting the full refund back and hung up on me. If you can't handle the heat then get out of the kitchen.

I am the same as others. Never contacted them for anything, getting numerous emails a day, I find them highly offensive, and they won’t let me unsubscribe. If this is their MOA - their business may be in trouble, and it’s pretty sleazy.

Started receiving spam emails from them out of the blue? Never signed up for them or did any business with the. Have tried to unsubscribe over and over and my inbox just gets filled with them. I know there are laws against this. Have to try to figure my way up the ladder to get this resolved.

Classic had ammo listed that I purchased. Received tracking and they then recalled the package due to incorrectly pricing the item.

Wish I could rate lower than One Star. I paid an extra $50 for ‘Hand Select’ for 2 IBM Carbines. I received one IBM and one National Postal Meter. The Postal Meter carbine was the best by far and that is damning faint praise. Apparently ‘Hand Select’ means pull the Worst Available at Classic Firearms. There was rust on the parkerizing, the barrels were freckled with absolutely No Finish whatsoever. One of the carbines that I was shipped was even missing the magazine.. To top it off, I am out $50+, on return shipping & insurance, another $50, for FFL transfer fees. Classic Firearms then had the Cahones to retain $50, on one carbine and $75 on the 2nd carbine of my refund for the initial purchase ($125 total). Why ? They said to cover initial shipping and insurance. Finally, when I asked about it, Classic ‘Customer Service’ told me that they were being ‘Generous’. I should’ve read all the reviews on this place and I would still have $225, of my money. I have since bought 2 each, very nice carbines on Gunbroker that I could see pics of pre-purchase. Don’t Deal with Classic Firearms unless you Love long shot gambling.

Ordered six (6) RWB magazines for a glock 9mm but upon opening the first package it was so tight the mag could NOT even be forced into the grip frame. Opened 2 more and they were all too tight to insert into the pistol. By the time I called Classic Firearms they informed me that the return window had passed and they would not take the item back and provide a refund. FIRST, Save yourself the hassle of working with a vendor such as CLASSIC FIREARMS and order your stuff from reputable online dealers. SECOND, avoid the RWD mags as the don't work in the Glock frames anyway. The money I saved on getting this cheaper option just went into the trash....share this with your shooting buddies! RWB mags and CLASSIC FIREARMS are both low rung companies - avoid like the PLAGUE !!!!!
