I have ordered from Classic Firearms previously without any issues and had great shipping/customer service. However, I ordered my current purchase on 1/16/21. It still hasn't shipped on 2/24/21 and I keep getting the run around via email and conveniently disconnected when I call. Not sure what is going on with the company but they are going to be losing this previously satisfied customer.

Ordered a century arms AK (in stock) on 1/7/21 still hasn't shipped... today is 2/24/21.

These guys are either overloaded with orders or just plain incompetent. I placed my orders on 2/3/21 and they still have not shipped. No FFL items. I'm going to submit a claim with the BBB and my credit card as they have not responded to emails. They spend way too much time marketing the company with no ability to deliver. Would not buy from again.

I've ordered 4 guns from this company in the past year no real issues my last gun a 9 mil hand gun ordered 1 12 21 a week later shipping delay notice waited 2 more weeks nothing emailed them just got automated messages saying please don't send emails or call it slows down service yet meanwhile I was getting constant promotional emails from them finally around 2 6 21 I emailed them told them refund send item or hear from BBB they must fear the BBB because I had a sales rep assigned to me the next day he kept in daily contact with me and had my order shipped 2 day air got gun on 2 12 they will get your order to you and I know it's really busy right now but maybe they should spend more time filling the orders they have instead of spending time on drumming up more business and communicate more I think everybody understands its really busy right now it's just the not knowing that ticks you off they want you to act in good faith and pay in advance they need to act in good faith also but I would order from them again I ordered from them pre covid had the gun in 5 days and everything is of good guality they will ship your order or issue a refund they're legit they just take more orders than they can keep up with

Okay. I hope I'm not the only one, but I have FINALLY received the firearm safe and sound. To their credit, they DID actually send it (which surprised me). Took 3 weeks, but I'm grateful to have it, so I'm changing my rating from one to 3 stars. I hope every one of you get your product. Beautiful gun! I'd hesitate to buy from them again, though. Maybe this company can recoup their reputation.

OK, just found this review site. I'm now terrified!!! Wife made an 1,158.00 purchase for me from them, (gift) ...It's been almost a month and nothing. Come on guys, I need some faith in humanity here....and hope to God she didn't get ripped off trying to buy something for me.

Here's what they did to me. I ordered a 9mm on Jan 28th. Waited until Feb 10th to email them (couldn't get through by phone) to find out when my shipment was shipping. I asked them to kindly send my gun since they had my money and shipping status showed "complete". The next day they told me it was shipped. Relieved, I clicked on their Fed Ex tracking number only to discover that the gun had supposedly been received and signed for BY ME (instead of the FFL) a few days prior to the email! These people are not only robbing- they're gaslighting and oh they're having a blast.

My wife ordered a rifle January 16th.. it finally arrived, February 15th. Its exactly as described. Shipping was ridiculous. But under the circumstances, it wasn't terrible. The customer support is hard to get ahold of. But when we got through. They were very understanding and respectful. They explained the delay. And so on. I had a bad experience because of supply and demand. Not their fault. Is what it is...

Just add this review to the pile of negative ones for this terrible company. They sell products as "In Stock" but then never ship them. My guess is they don't actually have them in stock. Save yourself the hassle and just don't order from them.

Ordered gun on January 2021. They said gun was in stock. They hit my credit card on January 24. Now it is February 13 and no gun and no info on when it will ship. The attorney general in NC should do something about these guys.

In ordered two little pistol magazines. Two weeks later they still have not shipped them and are unresponsive. They should have been to me a week ago.

Ordered an in stock AR15 and paid for it and have not received it. I have called and emailed and can't get any kind of response. Their customer service SUCKS!!!!!

THIS COMPANY COULD NOT PROCESS 2 ORDERS IN A TWO WEEK PERIOD, ALWAYS AN EXCUSE, COULDNT LOCATE ORDER STATUS,MOVED WAREHOUSE, VERY OBNOXIOUS ON THE PHONE, WITHHELD CORRECT INFORMATION,TREAT VETERANS LIKE THIRD CLASS CUSTOMERS, WHEN ASKED IF ATTORNEY NEEDS TO CONTACT THEM YOU GET BARRED FROM PLACING ORDERS BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES,, I HOPE JOE BIDEN PUTS THESE PEOPLE OUT OF BUSINESS

I have made multiple purchases from them in the past. Other than being slightly overpriced (and you accept that when you order so its not a ding on them) they were fine. This last order not so much. Same as all the other complaints here. You order an in stock item, they charge your card IMMEDIATELY, and then it takes forever to ship. You should not be charging the cards if you cant ship timely. Also I received an email to update me that my order was delayed, but it provided no time table for shipping. If you look all over social media you will see that many people are having the same issue. Also the fact that they take the time to film DAILY videos and put together multiple emails a day about items on sale, but are so far behind on shipping is annoying to the customer. Its like salt in the wound. EVERY employee they have should be working to ship orders all the time. You are at best a month behind on shipping.

The WORST company, ever!!! They have made mistakes and won't take responsibility for them. And they hide behind the internet. They say you can call them, but after the recording they drop your call, every single time. I have been waiting on an "in-stock" order for over 3 months now. Example of one mistake with the order, they made me pay another $79 if I wanted the rifle. I paid it thinking that I would have my rifle shipped right away, but still waiting for it to be "picked and processed". On their website they claim that "all is good..." with my order, but they have not even picked nor shipped my order. They will not tell me when I can even expect to receive my order. STAY AWAY!! Classic Firearms is HORRRIBLE!!!

Just like everyone else on here. This company is a RIP OFF! Taken my money, shipped no product over six weeks now. No phone or email response. Wish I could give them five negative stars!
